The continued relentless phone calls and emails are absolute harassment. They have sent incorrect order… I’ve given them numerous chances to better their service to no avail. DONT even begin to deal with them. They don’t take me off the calling list although I have asked them a dozen times. Every day I get numerous calls. It beggars belief! I regret the day I used them. You want to improve your sales numbers you pester people constantly you promise a product you deduct ones credit card for a promised order in good time you then can’t keep this promise & make excuses for your failing you need to understand this is unacceptable behaviour & should be frowned upon I’m seriously considering other services because of this

we haven't received it yet, Australia Post said attempted delivery, showing a picture, the photo showing is a carpet floor with a cupboard behind the box of the wine. our entrance is opened daily till 5pm wtih tile floor. please don't use Australia Post for my next order. Show 2 replies
We have tried 3 bottles so far and the wine is OK, but not a $100.00 wine as suggested by the sales person. I have had many better wines for less than $30.00. I will give this some more time in the decanter and review again in 2-3 weeks. Show 2 replies

I have not received my wine as of yet, despite being assured that I was given priority shipping. After posting this, I did receive some wine, a case of Pinot Noir - not the Cabernet Sauvignon that I had ordered - after being coerced into purchasing this from a supposed follow-up call to make sure that I wasn’t receiving too many sales calls. 24th March I received another call to buy another dozen but as I had used only 1-2 I was not interested. I was sold another dozen and charged $109.00 and once again they were delivered to the PO but I refused to take them and was told I would be credited, but was not told I would be charged $25.00. The whole episode has been a shambles and I am out of pocket where the fault lies with you. The online system didn't reflect the pricing that the email from Wine Vault specified. I had to go through 2-3 chat sessions to eventually go from Customer Service to Sales. Finally, I got a callback from Aria who completely managed everything and added some valuable insights into what I ws buying, and what to consider (buying) upon my next purchase. Show details · 1

written confirmation that my details had been removed and that I would no longer be contacted. Despite this, I have continued receiving repeated marketing calls in 2026. I have emailed the company, told multiple sales representatives that I do not consent to further contact, and advised them that my number is on the Do Not Call Register. One sales representative became aggressive and insisted that I had “signed up to this,” despite the fact I have written confirmation from the company that my details were removed from their contact lists in 2024. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of consumer opt-out requests and telemarketing compliance. The matter has now been formally reported to the relevant authorities.
