i find Gabby, very efficient and understands that i prefer a text only and not weekly calls . she delivers on what she say's she is going to do and doesnt ring me and listens to me. i have cancelled other wine groups and happy just to deal wwith Gabby. thankss i hope i dont come across rude it is not my intentionss.

Wine selection is good and the prices are very good. Their refund policy is also very good, as I have used it in the past. Sometimes they ring to much but you just have to let them know to contact you less but apart from that they are very good to deal with.

After many requests to cancel these unconfirmed deliveries - Theres a few Different ENTITIES used. 8 boxes later- 2 emails to no action. Dads now cancelling his debit cards. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

we haven't received it yet, Australia Post said attempted delivery, showing a picture, the photo showing is a carpet floor with a cupboard behind the box of the wine. our entrance is opened daily till 5pm wtih tile floor. please don't use Australia Post for my next order. Show 2 replies

We have tried 3 bottles so far and the wine is OK, but not a $100.00 wine as suggested by the sales person. I have had many better wines for less than $30.00. I will give this some more time in the decanter and review again in 2-3 weeks. Show 2 replies

I have not received my wine as of yet, despite being assured that I was given priority shipping. After posting this, I did receive some wine, a case of Pinot Noir - not the Cabernet Sauvignon that I had ordered - after being coerced into purchasing this from a supposed follow-up call to make sure that I wasn’t receiving too many sales calls. I’m still yet to receive my replacement case of Cabernet Sauvignon

Order for an advertised wine placed and paid for. Twelve days later no notice that the order has been dispatched. Enquiry lodged and a response (addressed to the wrong person) received, saying "supplier has advised that there is a slight production… Read more

issue". This is ludicrous. The wine must have been bottled prior to being advertised.

Spam email and calls since. Cant unsubscribe.

 Follow-up  · Requests for information about the order were met with a number of standard (obviously false) responses. The seller called offering “a great discount” if I increased the order, which I declined. Including saying they would sell a $300 wine for $115. I checked online and the “$300” wine was available from retailers advertised at $129. PayPal refunded the purchase price.

I was impressed by the speed of our delivery of Sparkling wine, despite the boxes being damaged on the bottom, so opening was only possible when the box was upside down!! At least none of the bottles had been broken. I was, however, rather disappointed to find that the wines I had received were not 10% alcohol, as I had been assured, but were in fact, 13% !!
