I bought my original device some 2 years ago. Very soon after, the setting for microcurrent/infrared failed. I contacted the company, had to take a video of the failure and then send it back. They sent a replacement device. Exactly the same thing happened. I did it again: sent another video, got another replacement device; the same thing happened again. This is now the third time the device has failed.

 Follow-up  · The only setting to fail was the setting that does infrared and microcurrent. This has happened on 3 devices now. I have wasted a great deal of time having to prove the fault, post the items back etc.
