I have moderate to severe osteo arthritis in both knees,I have been wearing the stabiliser on the extra bad knee.It is brilliant and makes an enormous difference giving me more confidence and less discomfort and less pain. My intention is to buy another for the other knee,so far I am managing that knee with a regular band. The stabiliser is a lot bigger than the regular bands.
