existing 5-star review which highlights the fallacy of trusting reviews listed on any website. If it didn't give you a better night sleep - which is the basic aim of this spray - then it didn't work! This spray/mist has a variety of essential oils (see attached picture). While some smell nice, some of the ingredients can also cause allergic reactions. Just because ingredients may be natural or organic, doesn't mean they are safe for use. Therefore spraying this on your pillow as suggested on the bottle, where your face will lay, is probably not the right thing to do. It even says on the bottle "...Avoid contact with eyes. May cause an allergic skin reaction" !!! Probably the use of the ingredient 'Ocimene' got some people excited, because it can be linked to cannabis. However, this ingredient also tends to be a stimulant, the exact opposite of what you would expect in a spray that induces sleep! As for this spray being the real solution to sleep problems and insomnia, we have used the whole bottle and it didn't help at all. And how could it ? It just has a few basic ingredients that many, many items already have on the market. Please do not waste your money, or your time trusting the bogus and inaccurate reviews about this product.
