I have just recently found out without being contacted by a rep, but by being informed by a customer that I can't be found on google anywhere. Yes, my first position on google has just disappeared! only to find out that the reason I have lost my position is from Thryv creating a New Portal, nobody local has even responded. I have begged for assistance and their local business advisor [Name Removed] hasn't even been in contact or bothered to get anyone else to respond. Despite me pleading with them that nobody can find my yellow page adverts through google. I have advertised with Yellow Pages for around 40 years since the good old Yellow pages with a quarter page advert in those days. It was far, far more reliable than what Thryv is now! I am extremely disappointed at the complete lack of assistance and direction to get this matter sorted out. My opposition, using my business name at the start of their advertising are now getting all my business that I would normally have from advertising. One of which is advertising with Thryv and his advert comes up every time. Once again terrible, disgusting service from Thryv and I will be contacting the relevant ombudsman.

successful in the industry I am in. After chatting with several and discussing the use of this product not one of them use this product.

- The terms of use are unclear with that comes invoices that are not expected.

- The customers service is clearly not done by a firm here in the United States or by the company itself. The customer service is layered and issues are passed on to "Senior" account managers.

- I had a conversation with an account rep in November/25 and made it clear I did not have a use for their service at this time. To try to retain me they offered two free months of services and that I would receive a call in January/26 to confirm I would like to continue or confirm I would like to discontinue. I received a charge with out ever receiving a call back from this account representative. When I called the customer service, off shore, for Thryv I spent over an hour on the phone requesting that the charge be credited back to my card on file. The customer service rep did not believe that a refund was not warranted even after reviewing the account representatives notes that clearly stated I no longer wanted their service back in November. They could also see that the only time I logged on to use their service was in August/25 to set the account up. While on the phone the account representative said that she had reached out to me and could not get ahold of me. This was a lie which further irritated me with the cancelation process and further confirmed my decision to not use this product.

- I would not recommend this company for their business practices, ethics and offshored customer service. If anyone from Thryv wants to reach out and attempt to make this situation right I am open to continued resolution.

The onboarding process was quick, simple, and incredibly well supported. I am especially grateful to Matt Daly, who went above and beyond to make sure I got the most out of the system. He scheduled multiple Zoom meetings, walking me through all the ways Thryv Marketing Centre can improve our online presence - from creating and scheduling social media posts for a busy firm like ours to viewing and managing Google reviews with ease. took another eight weeks for the ad to go live. On top of this, the quality of the ad they posted was TERRIBLE, and after requesting revised wording, I have now been waiting six weeks with no resolution.

There has been minimal proactive communication and no accountability.

I regrettably ignored the negative reviews on here and proceeded anyway. Proceed with caution!

Thryv changed my website hosting to a third party and crashed my website for 10 days. No notifications from Thryv that they were doing this. It cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue and their response we could credit you 2 hundred dollars... Pathetic for a company that is supposed to be professional in hosting websites.

Awful. I get charged 3 times more than before all of the sudden and no one answer the phone over an hour, I had to hang up.
