to some fine print policies you werent told about in the first place. They pressure you and ring you for months to try and bring you on board and then when you finally are on board, everything is buggy, half of the service they offer is unavailable and the rest is just garbage tied together with garbage. They use the fact that they own yellow pages to gain your trust. I for one am regretting not looking deeper into them because they dont have accessible reviews on Google, Facebook or any major business profile they control, with the only reviews on third party websites like ProductReviews and TrustPilot where they're poorly rated and have no control over the reviews that go up

This company is so useless and I have spent so much time on the phone to undo their mistakes. When a .au domain was transferred to us they never completed the chain of ownership with AuDa and I have now lost thousands of dollars from my emails being down. Could not recommend them less.

only to find out that the reason I have lost my position is from Thryv creating a New Portal, nobody local has even responded. I have begged for assistance and their local business advisor [Name Removed] hasn't even been in contact or bothered to get anyone else to respond. Despite me pleading with them that nobody can find my yellow page adverts through google. I have advertised with Yellow Pages for around 40 years since the good old Yellow pages with a quarter page advert in those days. It was far, far more reliable than what Thryv is now! I am extremely disappointed at the complete lack of assistance and direction to get this matter sorted out. My opposition, using my business name at the start of their advertising are now getting all my business that I would normally have from advertising. One of which is advertising with Thryv and his advert comes up every time. Once again terrible, disgusting service from Thryv and I will be contacting the relevant ombudsman.

There has been minimal proactive communication and no accountability.
