Tiegear Caravan Pack

I purchased the Caravan Pack awning tie down kit after doing a lot of research into the best solution to secure our caravan awning from wind. The tie downs do a great job. But the quality of some of the components aren't suitable for a product expected to be exposed to rain, salt exposure, etc. So far I've replaced all the carabiners with stainless steel. The ones provided are nothing more than powder coated steel. They rust, become difficult to open and close, essentially useless.

They really need to reconsider the product potential use and exposure to the elements.
