Good but sizing is reallly off – Bought 18-36 months for my 2 year old son, opened the box for the dummies and the nipple is HUGE. My 7 year old suckles on it now and it is about the perfect size for her mouth. Had to go with the size down for my 2 year old son. Now its really good, but just remember they run huge.
