Cheap Junk – Don't work for an extended period of time and pathetic customer service who you have to fight with to achieve any response to just receive a reply paid post sticker, tool me nearly 6 weeks

I have many Topex cordless tools and the TX524 was the only one I've encountered problems with, maybe just a useless batch out of the factory, I returned it after a long battle for a full refund, all the others work better than expected considering the price compared to more expensive brands on the market
