situation for me, really. They have a selection to suit most tastes and budgets and are happy to offer suggestions in case you are not already familiar with the brands that they carry. Prices are good.

Turnaround between ordering to postage is very fast. Packaging is good and the bottles are well protected for transport. Unfortunately, for my last order, Australia Post managed to put this to an extreme test by somehow managing to pierce the side of the box with something harder than the bottle held within, smashing the bottle. Even though it was not Top Shelf Tequila's fault, t and were very quick there was no quibbling at all and the casualty bottle was replaced free of charge.

This leads me onto another very important point: customer service. It really is excellent. Replies to queries/concerns/banter/feedback are quick and it's a pleasure to deal with them.

Absolutely amazing experience! – Used this site to buy a rare tequila (fortaleza lote 43-a) as a gift for my father. We live in NSW, and despite this being a Victoria based enterprise, the order arrived withing 3 days, which is amazing considering the COVID situation here and even more so there.
