needing to reduce our weekly grocery purchases On examination I was stunned to find on 11th March 2026 there were 5 entries [$179.00] with 7 transfer fees [$7.96] totalling $186.96 Ref. Numbers are 031300026960 (2), .......09375(2); .......27272(2); .......10347 (2); .......09374 (2); ....... 29154 (2). I have not received an invoice providing details for these amounts. I recall after completing my order and endeavouring to exit your pages there were a string of pages advertising various products which annoyed me as I simply wanted to close the pages. I apologise for the confusion and hope I've I've provided sufficient informatioin to allow a refund to be made.dd Lance Jackson. 14th April 2026iu
Ever since I received a flood of unsolicitedads enabled by Microsoft and other company showing their ads without respite; my IT person advised me toinstall the Adblockere externsion to my Chrome & Edge browsers and since then it ws so peaceful with a totalstop of those unwanted Ads! Superb performance!
Total pain in the backside (bigtime). I somehow managed to subscribe to Total Adblock but did not notice UNTIL my subscription expired. Now I have numerous 'pop-ups' from Total Adblock advising me to re-subscribe. It is so ANNOYING that I would NEVER subscribe or recommend Total Adblock to anyone - not even my most disliked aquaintances.
Follow-up · The annoyance continues! There seems to be no way to stop Total Adblock from inserting pop-up 'reminders' that my subscription has expired. There is also a payment page that pops up without warning - this includes the very 'helpful' tick box that allows Total Adblock to make any charge it likes and any time it likes (unless I cancel) BUT cancelling seems to be impossible if getting rid of their pop-ups is any indication.

In line with many other reviewers, I was charged three times but my emails to them have been ignored. I believe they are a total scam and should not be dealt with in any circumstances.
Follow-up · Eventually, thanks to American Express, the charges were reversed. Absolutely no thanks to TOTAL ADBLOCK.
TOTAL SCAMMERS they increased their subscription from $119 to $179 and took the money from my Paypal without notifying me of the increase. I notified PAYpal and they looked into it and said it was legal so they closed the case. (I always thought… Read more
Paypal was there to protect you, NO) So now they have cancelled the subscription and offered me only $106 refund. So why don't they still service me for 2 months seeing they are claiming that money? TOTAL AV SCAM.
Follow-up · * Support was useless, they did not respond. I only received an answer from Paypal. * I have no pop up add protection from TotalAv. But I have to admit I have not had an add problem since the cancellation so I decided not to use another company for add protection. * The cancellation was only done online hence the refund of only $106. No option to say they had done the wrong thing.

I believe these guys are thieves. I was not able to download their product. I thought I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app. Emails were ignored and they continued to take various amounts of money via PayPal. I could go on but sick of being angry and frustrated about these scumbags, steer clear of them.

Have collected Malware/Virus that Total AV cannot clean. It fails to complete full scan with error message. Real time scan does capture 2 or 3 virus files several times each day that says it cleans but they repeat a day or two later. There is no way on the screens to find out how to remedy this problem.

Absolute thieves. I have the free version and never had any intention to subscribe but they setup an automated payment and stole $129 from my account. I disputed the payment with PayPal and they refused to do anything about it. Hence I am using my bank’s fraud department to help recover the stolen money. Avoid these people or your money will go missing.

I used AdBlock for two years until my new wifi included it in its package. I emailed AdBlock to advise I would not be renewing my sub, and cancelled the sub. At renewal date they took $129 out of my bank (PayPal) for renewal. I contacted them and complained bitterly so they sent me a link to cancel - which I did. Whilst doing so they kept… Read more

to pay 10 times more than the original price for software that doesnt work rip off very upsetting very time wasting now to find an alternative
Do not use this service. Cheap startup but next term an increase of 10 fold. Despite advising that I did not wish to continue my subscription, my money was taken. Now the convoluted process to contact or get any refund means no hope of refund. My only way out was to cancel my credit card.

I paid $1 for a trial of this app. I didn’t find it effective, so I cancelled my subscription & deleted the app. Discovered that they were taking $10 every month from my credit card without authorisation. They didn’t act on my email requesting them to stop. The only way to stop this was to have my bank cancel my credit card and all digital links associated with it. My bank did refund the unauthorised payments.
Total ad block is a scam. Have downloaded it and paid for the the subscription yet very 20 to 30 I am still getting ads on my phone and the ads are always advertising Total Ad Block. Total scam. The only way I see I can get rid of all these unwanted ads is to reset my phone
The software works well, but their support is hopeless. I just wanted information about how to set up the full version on a second computer (you are meant to be able to do this) but when you asked for this information they demand a lot of personal information. If they prove enable to offer this me (it should be on their website) I will not renew!
An advert for an advert blocking app, appeared on my phone, at a discounted price of $1.99, down from $9.99. I thought I would not lose much if it didn't work well, so I bought it. I then received an email advising that my PayPal account would be debited $9.99 a month, for an indefinite period. Okay, I may have missed seeing the monthly charge… Read more
advice, perhaps I didn't roll the phone screen down far enough.
I wanted to cancel the contract, so I attempted to get onto my account on the website. No link to my account was supplied in the email, nor was the web address even mentioned. I manually accessed their website and used the supplied account details, but no luck, not recognised at their end. My workaround was to get a replacement password, and finally I was into my account.
Then followed a very long session of chasing a multitude of linked pages, to arrive at the page headed as being for cancelling the contract. I have attached a view of that page. The heading shows the word "cancel" but I cannot find any actual button on the page to perform that action.
I sent the following advice to PayPal. "I bought a discounted ad blocker $1.99 for my phone, but did not see any indication that it was a recurring monthly charge $9.99. I may have missed that notification if it was below the screen on my phone and for that reason, I do not actually want a refund. The seller's website seems to be constructed with a deliberate attempt to frustrate cancellation of the contract. I have spent hours trailing through link after link, and finally reached the "cancel" page. The page is attached for your examination. If you can find how to actually effect the cancellation, then you are smarter than me. I don't care about the $1.99 payment, but I want you to bar any further payments to that firm. I thank you in anticipation of your assistance."
PayPal was brilliant, and within a couple of hours, my subscription was cancelled.
DO NOT TRUST TOTAL ADBLOCK!! I wish I could give zero stars. They illegally accessed my credit card and tried to withdraw AUD 129 from it for a so-called "subscription". TotalAdBlock took my money three times from the same card $39 times three in one day. I have tried to get my money back without success. They accessed my card without my authorisations. They are are total scam. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
I NEVER SIGNED up. No idea how it happened. Someone said it was when I switched over to a different company. I had Xfinity before. Anyways it was hard to cancel and they chase me like once a week and it kept saying cancel but still charged me. I did not get my money back. They should be sued

Too painful! This company does not have good reputation and its a no wonder. As a businessman, I will lose many clients with their work vision.
It is not working on my Iphone14 . Reported the matter to Adblock team and requested for cancellation. However persuadedto continue at reduced monthly subscription of $1.99 pm. Suddenly they changed $9.99 now. Feeling cheated, reported the matter to Adblock again but no satisfactory response. Beware of their marketing tricks.!!

It's NOT Total Adblock! That's a total misnomer. It's Total RIPOFF! What an absolute farce. Keep your money and don't make the same mistake of signing up.for this ridiculous app. Read the multitude of highly critical, negative reviews. You have been warned.
Do not download any of this companies programs/apps. They simply will not let you unsubscribe or close your account, I have been speaking to the help desk on numerous occasions. The first link they sent didn't work, the next time they simply cut me off refusing to even try help. It is a scam. Do not fall for it. I shall be writing these reviews everywhere and anywhere where I think my help people not make my mistake
I found the installation a bit confusing. But I followed the steps. It just took me some time. When I installed the certificate on my phone, I did not have the other security option.
TotalAdblock is a TotalSCAM. You get the free version and they bombard you with all THEIR Ads, you give them money and you get double charged in 20 days usage. Then heaven forbid you want to cancel, they won't respond or will run you in circles. Not to mention, The software DOESN'T BLOCK CRAP
Web site does allow you cancel the service. I have now needed to replace my credit car twice because of this. "Help" gives not help, "Chat" does not work. This borders on criminal.
Adblock is an antivirus app masquerading as an Adblocker . If you check closely , once you have downloaded the app you will find that no ads are blocked. Ads come and go so it’s easy to be hoodwinked. I got burned a couple of years ago and it was very difficult to escape from the app. Leave it alone !
I purchased totaladblock , hoping it would stop frustrating ads on my Samsung phone. Having downloaded the product and making payment, I found it impossible to activate it. I emailed them on 6th Jan 2025 to tell them to give my money back they just ignored my emails, so I tried getting PayPal involved because total Adblock wasn’t blocking the ads so I didn’t get what I paid for, PayPal found in total adblocks favor, where do you go to get justice if PayPal don’t help nor do they tell me why they closed my case? so I hope total Adblock don’t take anymore money out of my bank account next January, TOTAL ADBLOCK ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED, THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO DON’T GET HELD ACCOUNTABLE - TOTAL ADBLOCK & PAYPAL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES…… ALL THESE PEOPLE CAN’T BE WRONG. PAYPAL I’M NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT TOTAL ADBLOCK RIPPED OFF………you’re disgusting!
