Still receive a lot of ads but wonder if it is with respect to the apps that I'm in e.g. YouTube and Facebook some of the Banks that I visit etc., however YouTube appears to be the biggest issue.
I had no problems getting Total AV onto my new Laptop Computer and since I only just put it. I do not know yet if the Total Adblock is working. As me in about a month from now and I will let you know then.
I tried total adblock, supposedly for free. I was initially charged $1.99 that should have rung a few bells but I continued with next button - charged $39 × 3. Nowhere to get out of app. My bank is currently trying to get my money back. Certainly NOT free

is misleading as I was to be charged more that I expected . nevertheless I thought I would bite the bullet and try it. However The program would not download onto my tablet. When I asked for a refund they gave me details of how to download. However that did not work. I therefore confirmed my request for refund. I was told that I need to log into my account. However I could not even create an account to register to do this. E mails were exchanged nearly daily, links were sent which do not work and basically my request was ignored. Despite it being against the law to refuse a refund under the Consumer Contract Regulations they have repeatedly ignored this. Do not be fooled by their ad, do not buy, it has to be a scam.
Nightmare – Nearly impossible to cancel!!!!!!!! They will take you to about a dozen pages saying cancel my subscription and you click and you’ll go to another confirm and another and another. And then they don’t do it.

other adblockers being advertised post a subscription fee making it very clear that there is a price involved for usage. Total Adblocker omits ALL mention of a fee.
Installing it is free. Ads from websites are blocked, BUT.... Total Adblocker ads are CONSTANTLY popping up all over your screen (illustration #1).
Each time you launch a web browser a new window appears with Total Adblock advertising (illustration #3). You can't stop it. This program is doing the very thing you want to put an end to. Non stop adverts appearing on your screen.
You may be asking yourself now: "How do you stop it?" Answer: You need to PAY for a subscription.
So much for Total Adblocker being "free".

Total pain in the backside (bigtime). I somehow managed to subscribe to Total Adblock but did not notice UNTIL my subscription expired. Now I have numerous 'pop-ups' from Total Adblock advising me to re-subscribe. It is so ANNOYING that I would NEVER subscribe or recommend Total Adblock to anyone - not even my most disliked aquaintances.
Follow-up · The annoyance continues! There seems to be no way to stop Total Adblock from inserting pop-up 'reminders' that my subscription has expired. There is also a payment page that pops up without warning - this includes the very 'helpful' tick box that allows Total Adblock to make any charge it likes and any time it likes (unless I cancel) BUT cancelling seems to be impossible if getting rid of their pop-ups is any indication.

In line with many other reviewers, I was charged three times but my emails to them have been ignored. I believe they are a total scam and should not be dealt with in any circumstances.
Follow-up · Eventually, thanks to American Express, the charges were reversed. Absolutely no thanks to TOTAL ADBLOCK.

Billing and Cancellation Complaints: l should of read the reviews first on the app as they highlight immense difficulty when trying to cancel subscriptions, with customers reporting unauthorized auto-renewals and rigid support systems. Do not waste your time with this service. The free version is unusable due to relentless harassment to upgrade. Unfortunately, paying does not fix the issue, as the software still fails to block ads. To make matters worse, I was illegally billed after cancelling my subscription and uninstalling the app. Customer support is entirely non-existent and refuses to respond to refund requests.

I have been trying to cancel Total Adblock for 4 months!! My next option is to cancel my credit card and call my bank to report this fraud. They always send a link that does not work to "finalize" the cancellation. Scam!! Avoid this company. Plus the software blocks nothing! The "reset password" does not work either so there is no way you cancel this.

Have collected Malware/Virus that Total AV cannot clean. It fails to complete full scan with error message. Real time scan does capture 2 or 3 virus files several times each day that says it cleans but they repeat a day or two later. There is no way on the screens to find out how to remedy this problem.

Absolute thieves. I have the free version and never had any intention to subscribe but they setup an automated payment and stole $129 from my account. I disputed the payment with PayPal and they refused to do anything about it. Hence I am using my bank’s fraud department to help recover the stolen money. Do not use this service. Cheap startup but next term an increase of 10 fold. Despite advising that I did not wish to continue my subscription, my money was taken. Now the convoluted process to contact or get any refund means no hope of refund. My only way out was to cancel my credit card.

Paypal was there to protect you, NO) So now they have cancelled the subscription and offered me only $106 refund. So why don't they still service me for 2 months seeing they are claiming that money? TOTAL AV SCAM.

I paid $1 for a trial of this app. I didn’t find it effective, so I cancelled my subscription & deleted the app. Discovered that they were taking $10 every month from my credit card without authorisation. They didn’t act on my email requesting them to stop. The only way to stop this was to have my bank cancel my credit card and all digital links associated with it. My bank did refund the unauthorised payments.

Total ad block is a scam. Have downloaded it and paid for the the subscription yet very 20 to 30 I am still getting ads on my phone and the ads are always advertising Total Ad Block. Total scam. The only way I see I can get rid of all these unwanted ads is to reset my phone
The software works well, but their support is hopeless. I just wanted information about how to set up the full version on a second computer (you are meant to be able to do this) but when you asked for this information they demand a lot of personal information. If they prove enable to offer this me (it should be on their website) I will not renew!
