They managed to list a default against me for a fraudulent debt. They refused to give me any evidence of debt or contract and it was eventually deleted from my credit file. No repercussions on them, no recourse for me. Now they have on-sold the fraudulent debt and yet another company is chasing me, and they also wont provide me any evidence. ProductReview wants "proof of purchase" so they can qualify my review lmao
Collecting on AGL bills – This org has purchased AGL debt and is not trying to collect on it. I have been reviewing there activity and pushing back on them and today they sent me a copy of an internal AGL notice on my account which shows AGL has effectively written off my debt. AS such they are trying to collect on the AGL debt that does not exist and AGL has written off on there balance sheet. I am going to contact fair trade NSW but if others are experiencing collection from them on AGL please ask them for a copy of the AGL statement that specifically shows AGL selling them an active non written off debt.
Collection of phone bill 1 years later – Ended a Vodafone contract and offerd to pay out right and was told they would bill me 1 years later got a phone bill of more than what was owing. Rang Vodafone 20+ times no answer. 1 year later this mob calls me and I paid what was right up front now I have a default that could have been prevented if they let me pay when I asked to pay or if they just answered phone calls and this mob won't even answer my calls to clear my default!!
These People Are Scam Artists Be Aware – Had a call from an abrupt person who was demanding personal details from me and saying it was a Personal matter they wanted to discuss with me. When I wanted her details to prove who she was, she said that she was going to send an SMS with all their details and I could phone back. After an hour - NOTHING. Liars. BE AWARE - they are scamming you
21/1/2022 - Received another harassing call from these people. They only want your personal details. They say they send out information by email and SMS - again, NOTHING. If they are debt collectors they are useless. Ask them to provide you wil a bill of sale (they will never let you know they paid such a small amount for the alleged debt. These people tried to get my account details or credit card details. Kate was tfhe useless one who wasted 30 minutes of my time and then an alleged supervisor Roger came on - still never identifying themselves. Always call on a private number. Give them nothing.
My review reflects their rudeness and threatening ways. If I could rate them a minus, I would.
My advice, complain to the Ombudsman about their threatening ways.
