When I raised this, rather than acknowledging the error and making it right, they refused to issue a refund - despite having written confirmation of my cancellation request. This isn't a billing glitch, this is charging a customer who explicitly cancelled, ignoring that paper trail, and then refusing accountability. Now they won't reply to my emails at all. For a fitness brand built on trust, this is really terrible.
I love how easily accessible it is on the app and easy to use. The times are able to fit in for the busy mum schedule and achievable for busy lives. Can’t wait to keep pushing and see what I can really get out of this program.
GO ELSEWHERE! This is a rubbish, app is hard to navigate all the receipes are on seperate pages. It wont make a clear shopping list. Total time waster... apparently designed for busy mums?! Who have loads of time to work this debacle out!. If you do decide to waste your time.. it will place you on a auto subscription. Dont waste your time or money.

The program is literally designed with busy mums in mind. The workouts are quick but super effective. The food is delicious and the whole family eats the same as me so I don’t have to make seperate meals for everyone. Game changer!

very comfortable with most workouts / programs I would even say confident, except coming out of my surgery’s I had to learn everything from walking to jumping all over again so starting a program with injury’s was very daunting for me.
Upon starting the FITAZ program, I didn’t know what to expect.. as we all know all programs scream their own praises! BUT hand on heart I am so thankful and grateful for everyone within the FITAZ community and to the founder Aaron. They held my hand through each and every step of the way and really welcomed me into their family and community, in a way that felt so warm and comforting. I never felt my injuries were stopping me from completing the program or exercises as you can pick which exercise is more tailored for you.
Post challenge I am the strongest and healthiest I have even been , both mentally and physically. I also met and now have the most amazing friends / people during the challenge.
Once joined you get access to the Facebook community’s / forums as well as the FITAZ instagram accounts / forums, THE FITAZ APP which has hundreds of recipes to pick from and makes calorie deficit sooo easy to track as well as catering to every dietary need. I also loved that their app has really cool guided videos for each workout for you to just perk your phone up and do your quick sweat sesh. Which made it so god damn easy to do from home or whilst the laundry is on :’) Highly recommend you get their equipment bundle (Bands,skipping rope etc) as I have not stopped using mine post and the quality is phenom, so light and easy to chuck into your bag unlike some other clanky / cheapy equipments. You have the option to add it to the program upon sign up. Another game changer I found with this program was you also have the team at hand at all times to contact and chat with personally, which is just unheard of with programs, super cool.
Nevertheless I’d like to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone behind FITAZ & Aaron you’ve helped me beyond words. The thing that sets you apart from all the other programs out there is your 100% pure and genuine care. Every story told.. wasn’t just listened to, it was heard. Every question asked, was answered in detail followed by questions to help furthermore. The energy your brand pours into its clients , programs and community is so pure , authentic and beautiful. So, Thank you.
If you’re not feeling the best or strongest about yourself or wanting to connect with new piers then do yourself a favour & join the FITAZ challenge / community. You too will thank yourself and the team behind the program also.

Honestly, it’s the only program I’ve stuck too. Originally I was on board to promote the product but 3 years down and I’m still loving it. The app is easy to navigate, yes the workouts can seem repetitive but if you’re feeling uninspired, add more weights and spice it up! I’m 20kg down and I’m always going back to the meals for the whole family as they are delish!
Scam Program – This seems like a scam. I’ve only just purchased but I can’t access the app anymore. I paid for 6 months access and have only used it for 2 weeks and it’s now saying my account does not exist.

I have been using the program for well over 6months now and I have loved every minute of it. I started on level 2 and have now completed level 3 and continued to complete phase 3 again. I have always loved working out but plateaued in my fitness journey and needed some guidance so this program was perfect. My wife got us onto Transform and we have benefitted greatly. At one point early on I thought I was developing a growth on my arm until I realised it was the same on the other side and it was in fact muscles I had never developed in my over 40 years of life.
