even when there is no correlation. They don’t have a plan to improve things, the train drivers don’t even want to do the jobs they get paid well for. A clearly degenerate system that has no goal of improving and is another testament to how poorly organised this state is. Under no circumstance should anyone EVER take these services.

2025, here we are, at the stage of 50c fares to encourage people to contribute more than their globally recognised high tax rates and we’ve been backed into a corner with bad infrastructure that can’t even clean sinks (or have functioning machines in general).
Pathetic – The worst public transport in the world. Every single day, doesn’t matter what buses I need to take, one/two/all buses are either late, no shows or as of late ‘full’ and refuse any other patrons. Most pathetic transport network worldwide.

large to swallow. And when that service has a 60 minutes separation between runs, it is doubly egregious. Pensioners with their related health issues are seriously inconvenienced by this behaviour, and it is not a one off issue, on my route, at least twice a day, requiring a senior to arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early and sit in the hot sun waiting for a bus that may arrive in a couple of minutes or up to 20 minutes late. The clowns perched on their plush chairs in their air conditioned offices are only too happy to subject their customers to this assault, because, well, it isn't them is it? DO BETTER or find someone who will!

I travelled from Cleveland to Boggo Rd station, seen my critical son in pa hospital then returned to Cleveland on train. The staff on the train and station's where unreal. Translink GO Card query service – Best customer service in the country. Go card query by phone. No waiting. Answer immediately any time and they get it sorted. I've probably called 6 times and really happy with outcomes. Also love the journey planner. In this day and when I can't even get through to my super fund or private health company, this is refreshing.

Dreadful service with zero communication. This is the most pathetic airport transport experience I’ve ever had. Staff at the airport were encouraging people to take the train. to transfer to buses. Staff at the bus stop said the bus are supposed to be very 10 Mina but I’ve already been waiting 30 minutes. I also had to wait 30 Mins to take the train one stop. So Now it’s over 90 minutes since I got off the plane. And this being Brisbane nothing is open to get anything to eat. And no guarantee of ever getting downtown. And bus and train staff completely uncommunicative. When you ask when the bus is coming the answer is when it turns up.

Then they mocked me to the security guard on the bus. No one did anything to support the situation. Then that person got off the bus calling me a moron. I've sent numerous complaints and there has been no changes. Teenagers are coming onto buses with alcohol. I don't know what the solution is anymore because Translink is not taking this seriously.
Hopless service had the bus not stop at required terminal several times had bus pull up no doors open then take off not pick up passengers with inservice bus. Made a phone complaint but no reply when asked for one.

Appalling update- not user friendly at all. I now use maps on my I Phone as it gives me up to date information- and in real time and it tracks buses. Who would have thought that the app doesn’t do that. It messes up the information input!! This is one big fail that probably cost many dollars - just like the BOM - that’s another story
I caught a school bus and instead of going on the correct route my bus driver took 50 kids on an unexpected trip to harbour town. He gave us little to know information on how we are getting back just told us to wait. Because of this event I was late to my shift. I was on school bus 3454. DON’T RECOMMEND!
The new Translink App is horrible. The old Translink App was so much user friendly. I used to be able to get Bus route 322 from near me straight to the Convention Centre. At no time did the App tell me that. I used to be able to get the 322 from the Cultural Centre to almost my front door. Now I have to catch a bus, I have no idea about to the city and then change. Nothing is simple anymore. The App doesn't always show all the options. Just bring back the old App. What id*ot designed or signed off on the new App. Why did you have to change it? You id*ots.
Waiting at the bus stop after dark. Required a bus to safely make it home. The bus came on time, but drove right past me even though it was the correct number, stop, was not full and I hailed obviously. So disappointed, if I hadn’t been in a safe area of town I may be in a very different situation. This is appalling treatment considering we pay taxes for services like these. Brilliant downgrade, Translink! Who needs favourites or an easy-to-use app anyway? The new Translink app fixes nothing and breaks everything that worked. Congrats on turning a great app into a confusing mess — truly innovative.
TransLink as a whole is a total sham. Trains are almost always late with absolutely zero communication, go card machines are incredibly faulty and services are incredibly slow and unreliable. This “new and improved app” is utterly pathetic. I can no longer see my services location and the outlay and format is insanely confusing and complicated. This is what my taxes are paying for? Screw QLD council.
