Great Product – Purchased the Tunturi treadmill new in 2005. It has never missed a beat and looks like new. Great product, thoroughly recommend it.

Trooper of a treadmill – I've had this Machine for 10 years. its lived outside on a balcon, has never been oiled or serviced and still works like a charm. My athlete husband also uses it for rainy days. I defiantley buy another.

Utter rubbish! – European design and manufacturing? More like total crap. Try finding a dealer in Australia that will help you out. A massive investment for our family and a massive disappointment. Don't touch any of this companies products. We searched everywhere for a service dealer. None replied. Amart passed us on when we spoke to them. When it worked it was a nice machine. Breaks down all the time. Motherboard failures.

Save your money – When this product was working it was fine. But after the circuit board burnt,(common fault) the cost of purchasing a new one was over $400 not counting installation!! I feel like I have been ripped-off. Why the hell do they have to try and screw more money out of you for parts that are obviously inferior. We payed top dollar for a supposedly quality product. Worked fine Cost of parts

Hasn't missed a beat! – Iv had my T20 for years now and i use it all the time and it hasn't stopped working for me once! When i first bought it i was pounding the mat with my big 165kg weight and it didn't look like giving up once. After years use and alot of weight lost she's been a big help on my weight loss journey and has never missed a beat! ease of use, strong base and has always been reliable for me

Good – Awesome, by far the best looking, very good quality. No regrets buying this machine. Would recommend to anyone looking for a simple quality treadmill Easy to use, wide mat, uses polar, great incline and programs Lift motor board faulty. Replaced under warranty over three years ago, hasn't missed a beat since... Touch wood

Terrible – This would be a great treadmill if it didn't break down so much, would not have bought it if I'd known. Mine has a 15 year warranty but it's annoying to have breaks in your fitness routine waiting for the company to come fix it. Very disappointing. Solid, easy to use. Breaks down due to motor board issue. Willing to accept a break down after a few years but I've only it for 18 months.

Terrible – Don't waste your money - way too overpriced for the unreliability of this product. This treadmill cost me nearly $2000 which was $2000 too much. A friend bought a cheaper no name brand at the same time I bought mine and she has had no problem with hers what so ever Simple to use and quiet I have owned mine 18 months and it has broken down 3 times - I have also had trouble getting The Fitness Gereration to fix under warranty

Terrible – looks good and thats where the story ends . under powered and to expensive . found a article that was from TFG that stated they droped the range due to high failure rate. i would say that the reveiw on the 21st april is the new distributer of the tuntori , not the sort of reveiw that we should take advise from. looks all right was in the running… Read more

till i tried running [ had to go to 2 differant shops as the first one was not working], under powered and felt realy bad under foot , even the sales lady was not pushing the brand [hard sell on nordic track]

Bad – When its running its great, but its not running just now. I am sure mine is just a lemon. Most people that have this machine have not had any troubles. Nice solid machine. Quiet operation. Simple to use. I like the two user programs that you can design yourself. Machine has had a lift motor board issue. I have had the machine for about two months… Read more

and has one lift motor and lift motor board changed. Currently broken again awaiting service. Same issue.

Terrible – Not happy - paid a little more than comparable machines thinking that would ensure quality. Will not buy any products from Tunturi or any products sold by A-Mart or distributed by Fitness Generation First few months machine ran like a dream, solid base able to run at speed without any wobbles. Broke twice when under warranty, required complete replacement of electronics - one occasion took months for Fitness Generation to organise repair.

Terrible – I didnt buy one but I hear that the previous wholesaler who was The Fitness Generation in Victoria discontinued the Tunturi line because of a 25% failure rate amongst all their products, I was shown this in their newsletter, that was too much for my liking. Plain and simple To hear so many break down
