Perfect for all your mobile phone & tablet charging needs – I have had this Ugreen USB Type C 18W PD 3.0 Fast Charger Kit for iPhone kit for about a year now and find it works really well and never had a problem. You can see a good picture of it here in the products - https://www.ugreen.com.cn/collections/pd-charger It comes with an included 1 meter USB Type C to Lightening cable of good quality (still… Read more

looks like new with no cracks in the plastic and the plug still clicks in tightly after a year of use). I advise that if you buy other cables for it to make sure they are of good quality, will allow data return (to and from the charger) and are capable of the full charging rate (providing an output of Max 18W- 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A voltage, and current) - you can see in the photos I have a high quality USB Type C to Micro USB cable for the two Samsung products that were being charged and a power point adapter. It has been used to charge several different brands for mobile and tablet (mostly Apple, Samsung, and a Google mobiles; and Apple iPads and Samsung Tablets) over the time I have had it and worked very well with all. The Quick charge and Power delivery functions have worked with all appliances that have this function - for example, it able to charge an iPhone X from 0% to 50% in 30 mins. It is also backwards compatible with older standards (examples - Quick Charge 4.0, 3.0, and 2.0) Even when plugging in an older Samsung Galaxy S3, the phone shows more information such as charging time. I have noticed that it charges different products at different rates - meaning those that can accept Quick Charge, it charges faster and those that don't (Samsung S3) are charged slower. This has been checked against a higher power charger without Quick Charge and Power Delivery which charged the old Samsung S3 faster, but made the phone feel hot (not good for the battery) My Note 5 and my friends Apple X both charge very fast and do not get hot to touch when charging fast and I have checked the charger itself and never felt it get more than warm when charging fast. It works through a wide range of voltages (110V to 240V) so it is good for travelling. Also works well when connected to a Qi charger.

The only con is that it doesn't come with a Australian plug, but this is easy to accommodate with an adapter plug. As I really like this charger (and their other products), I contacted Ugreen about this issue and they said they are looking into the possibility of adding an Australian plug as an option, especially as their products sell well in Australia.

I fully recommend this charger as a great value for money, high quality reliable product which works just as it is supposed to.
