Even attached to a MacBookPro M4, the device doesn't draw enough power to support two SSDs and indeed won't even recognise my Acasis enclosure, regardless of cable. One drive will suddenly eject when you plug another in. This corrupted one of my disks which was writing data when the hub ejected it. So I can only use it for one SSD at a time: pointless. A refund has been sought. Support was good, so additional star for that.
