Uniden power bank is rubbish. Used it once and doesn’t charge up at all. Very dissatisfied customer. Supposed to be a brand name that’s trusted. How much did they make off this piece of crap. Probably a lot of money by the sounds of it. Read your own reviews and reach out to your customers to say something. NOT GOOD ENOUGH Uniden. Enjoy your profits. NO STARS for you……..

Absolutely terrible – Would give it zero if possible. Bought from Aldi recently and took it on a 3 day hike. Complete disaster. Once the power had been used up it would not charge again in the sun no matter how long I left it out. It was actually quite distressing bc I had no phone for 3 days in a remote location. I thought I could trust it bc Uniden a good brand but as someone has recently posted I think they’ve offloaded a whole lot of rubbish onto Aldi.

Uniden scam – If I could give it a zero I would ...I bought it from Aldi and when I purchased it I noticed nearly all of them showed that it was charging with the blue light bar changing ....well it didn't stop charging but can't hold a charge ....left it in the sun for 3 days still doing the same thing ...I would say all of them are faulty and I'd say Uniden… Read more

UNIDEN solar powerbank swollen – I bought one from ALDI, Location: Conder, ACT, Australia. After sometime the battery pack went puffy. It was swollen to an extent that it seems like it will burst. Agree- paperweights charge better! – Agree with all those below who state garbage- looks good, LEDs blink, but when asked to charge anything it is more paperweight than device- thought it would charge all day on my backpack then sort out device overnight- now it is not coming on. No problems – Our Uniden is fine. We bought it at Aldi ages ago as a back up but have hardly used it. We just got it out in preparation for a trip away and thought we should plug the phone in to check if the charger is working. No problem so far. Show details

Garbage product – Bought a few years ago at Agfest in Tas. Bought on the strength of the name. Bad mistake. Won’t charge a phone, won’t run a GoPro in fact it won’t power or charge anything! Was after a new UHF but decided to go with a GME as obviously Uniden don’t mind tarnishing their own name by selling rubbish like this. It’s in the bin, just like this product! Show details

Useless – Wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased this. Thought because it was a Uniden product it would be great I was wrong. Doesn't charge my phone full even once and to think you can keep it topped up using solar it is a completely false claim. Show details

Rubbish – Bought at Aldi several months ago. Seemed to work for a few weeks but then when it's 4 blue LEDs indicated it was fully charged, whether by USB or solar, it would only add a few percent to my phone before it just stopped charging. and off constantly and it wouldn't even hold a charge itself, much less push any current into another device. I'm guessing the battery or components can't handle the heat from exposure to sunlight, which is ironic for a solar device... I actually wondered if it was a cheap knock off because it looked and felt quite cheap and nasty, not to mention performed woefully, and I believed Uniden was a decent brand. However I don't think Aldi would sell fakes, so if it is indeed legit, Uniden should be ashamed of this rubbish. Unfortunately I lost the receipt so this unit went in the bin. It's put me right off the brand. I'm about to buy a new UHF radio and it will be a GME by default now.

Won’t charge my iPhone – I bought this for by the pool In fiji. It’s not compatible with iPhone I tried three different cables. I’m not sure if the issue is it’s not charging as others have said but it’s useless unless you need a torch or compass. The lights are flashing but no one’s home. Show details

Save your money! – Charged iphone great until the Power Pack itself needed re-charging. The cord provided just would not go into the micro USB input slot. It also wouldnt charge in sunlight. Dont waste your $$! Show details
