I was extremely impressed with how quickly and professionally they responded. They immediately offered to organise a replacement and provided a return label, making the whole process incredibly straightforward.
The replacement has now arrived safely and in perfect condition, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
What really stood out to me was the excellent communication, prompt response and genuine willingness to resolve the issue. Mistakes or damage can occasionally happen during shipping, but what matters is how a business handles the situation — and Uptown Liquor handled it exceptionally well.
I'm very happy with both the product and the service I received and would have absolutely no hesitation in purchasing from Uptown Liquor again.

Liquor responded on 18 June 2026 advising that another bottle would be sent direct from the supplier. Asked for tracking information but nothing supplied nor received as at 9 July 2026. BUYER BEWARE.
Great to deal with. Australia post lost my parcel and the team at Uptown Liquor had a replacement delivered the same day.

nearly 3 weeks to get to me, which is fine in this case but at least communicate with me that there's a delay. I will not order from them in the future and suggest others not to either.

I ordered 2 bottles of whiskey with this business, they didn't post the items for 2 weeks. I've been writing emails and sending messages on their website, no response what so ever. Now I have raise the dispute with my bank, hopefully I'll get my money back. Don't buy from they is my honest advice.

As has been mentioned by others, these guys are just abysmal. I envisage they won't be operating soon enough as clearly there's something amiss with this mob. No response to emails or even PayPal. Stay away from this merchant.
I have bought from thos seller as the website states fast Australia wide shipping but that is far from the truth . They take a week to dispatch and another week to deliver. I have ordered from the USA and got my order quicker . Dont bother shopping here as the customer service doesn't exist. They don't answer emails ever. Just another company that likes to splash their website with false promises
