AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This mob are complete and utter crooks - and need to be shut down. After cancelling after a short trial; they stole $41.99 twice - through PayPal - before I cancelled my credit card to stop the b@s+ards. The responses I received from my complaint were clearly AI generated (“David”) because they repeated the same bulls#!+ - but never addressed the issue.

SCAM Paied for subscription which didn't work out after 2 requestes. Asked to cancel it in 30 minutes as I'm okay to pay for platform which won't limit me after 2 messages. know what happened ? We can't find your payment, sorry please clarify your email, sorry we can't find your email-please clarify the transaction amount and so on. It's crazy how they make me fool and keep my money for 10 minutes of their AI platform. Not fair, real scam

Noticed they were helping themselves to paypal for three months despite me cancelling pro access.

They refused to return the funds when I tried to cancel just one day after the trial ended. There was no effort to help or resolve the situation, only repeated references to their return policy. Very disappointing customer service.

is no mention of this in their blurb. Nor did they send me a receipt for the payment. If not notified by Paypal I would never have known that they were charging me. They do not have a website. I used their AI to find their complaints address. Tried that but it was returned saying that address does not exist. Next step Paypal to try get my money back and block them.

and trying to contact Use.ai to cancel. I’m left wondering if I’ve even done enough to stop the bleeding. It’s shonky behaviour and they’ve completely lost my trust. I’m posting this so others don't get fooled like I did.
