SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT BUY HERE !!!!!! I placed an order on 16/6/2025 and the product was in stock. Since then the status of the order has changed to "Bing Fulfilled". I have sent 2 enquiries via their contact page and I have not had a response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE !!!!!!

After reading multiple negative reviews from other customers who also never received their orders, I realized this is a recurring issue. I disputed the charge with my bank, and they refunded me without hesitation. This site is deceptive, unresponsive, and should be shut down.

Great Service definately NOT a SCAM as people are trying to say below – Thought I needed to put my 2 cents worth here. Have ordered many times though them and my orders have always come on time and when there was an issue with one of the orders I received a call from them. Very happy with there service. Will order again.

Not a scam, I had good service – I ordered 6 bottles of spklg wine on 31/12/19 (last bus day with pub. hols after that) and rec'd my correct order on 8/1/20. Once it was dispatched it only took 1 day to come from Syd to Melb. dispatching the wine. I checked that there was no entry against ValueCellars on Scamwatch and confirmed that their business is legitimate by checking their ABN. There was an issue with the email reply after sending a message thru the website, it came back in spam with a big warning, but I believe this was a technical issue, but it did concern me, hence the checks I made. In the end I was very happy with my interaction with ValueCellars and feel confident to use them again.

Excellent service – I was a little hesitant after reading other reviews on this site. My order arrived earlier than anticipated and was exactly as requested. There are a few issues with online messaging but that didn't matter in the end.

Take your money and then ignore you – I ordered alcohol from value cellars on the 24th of November. Money taken out of my account on the 26th of November. No contact since. No reference number. No telling me if it has been shipped or arrival date. 8 days later and No delivery. I have left phone messages and also filled out the online forms with nil response. I'm not very happy at this point in time and wondering if I have been scammed.

No wine, no email correspondence, credit card deducted – Didn't receive an invoice or any email correspondence confirming my order or a tracking number. Didn't receive the wine. Money deducted from my credit card and had to lodge a transaction dispute with my bank to try and get my credit card purchase reinstated.

Terrible Service and Liars Dont use them – Ordered and 1 week later haven't recieved. Cant contact them they dont reply. Didn't get tracking info for delievry and after numerous emails they sent me details but they are invalid . Had to contact Fair trading to get money back

Funds returned – I can say that the representative from Value Cellar (NV)was so helpful in following up my refunds for the product that I ordered that I subsequently cancelled due to a price increase. Funds were returned through the banking system that can be quite hard to deal with.

A Scam Site – Like many others on this site, I ordered wine from Value Cellars which they said was in stock but later found to be “Out of Stock” with a “Refund Required”. I have contacted them twice via their “Contact Us” form but no reply. They seem to be a ghost site set up to scam people. AVOID!!

Out of stock and NO REFUND provided – I ordered and paid for 6 bottles of wine costing $80. The website said out of stock, refund required. But NO refund has been provided for 4 months.

Fraudulent site, don't buy – I ordered 2 cases of wine a month ago but nothing has arrived, there is no contact, they don't respond to enquiries. Trying to get my money back from the bank, I would not recommend anyone buys from Value Cellars.

Never again – I placed an order & never received it. I tried the phone number - disconnected. I emailed - no response. It took lodging a complaint with Fair Trading to get a refund - and still no contact. Do not buy from this company - I don’t know how they’re still trading.

Read the Reviews .. Not worth the stress – Short delivered .. sent multiple emails requesting updates but no response. Not worth the stress so given up. Never again!

No wine – I wish I had read the reviews of this company before ordering. Like the rest of the reviews, the wine has not arrived and it is not possible to contact them.

Value Cellars in Name Only – Ordered 6 bottles and paid by credit card, no confirmation of my order was received by me. Money was taken and now a month later still no goods. I have attempted to contact the company via their online form, no response and phone number disconnected. I am claiming the money back from my bank and have reported this company to ACCC as recommended by OFT. I suggest everyone reports this company too!

SCAM COMPANY – ** Do not purchase from this company - they are a scam. I purchased product, it never arrived, no refund and they dodged any form of contact. I have reported them to the authorities and I am shocked they are still able to trade. Disgusting vile people!

This is a scam! Don't buy through them – Tried calling their number when my purchase was not delivered in the 2-3 days they said. Number is disconnected. They took my payment for the purchase.

Scam, Scam scam do not order, no refund, no products delivered – Do not waste your time or money. This is not an official website or company. No item delivered, no refund. I don’t understand how they can still be trading.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY – I wish I had read the reviews like so many others. I habe also tried phoning the number listed but it's disconnected. I sent an email to them and was sent a response saying my order would be followed up. Now 4 weeks since that email and NO follow up or order. I'm so angry and can't believe this company has scammed so many people.

rang me back. He assured me my order would now be dispatched. I received an email to say the order had been dispatched and to use the tracking number to follow its location, however there was no number attached. I emailed back asking for the tracking number but received nothing. I again rang on 17th, 19th and 20th but each time only got to leave my number with the assurance Graham would get back to me shortly. I am still waiting. I have sent this information to Fair Trading

Total Crap Scam Company – Disgusting have not received my order. Tracking number does not exist with courier company. Tried calling, emailing and texting and nothing. [Name Removed] from Central Coast NSW I have a gut feeling your the bloke I’ve been trying to ring, coincidence his voice mail says [Name Removed] and yet your the only one to leave a top review.

Sent wrong wine and did not respond – They sent the wrong wine to an incomplete address and did not respond to my email. Do not use this website

Pathetic – I ordered 8 bottles and was charged for 8 bottles. 6 were received. I emailed 4 times to their email address, sent 2 messages via their website and also called out on social media. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. American Express kindly reversed the charge for the items not delivered and pro-rata reversed the postage too. It’s not a scam, it’s just incompetence I think.

Big Ol Scam – Images of product on website were completely different to what was being sold. Please do not use this website if other reviews are anything to go off.
