find anywhere that will sell replacement ones, it blows very hot air, the suction, even with a clean filter leaves a lot to be desired, the plastic components snapped off within months of purchase and i have already paid for a new, second hand hose. A complete waste of time and money. I am seriously considering going back to a bagged vacuum after this experience. It makes an okay looking ornament in your home. Doesn't suck properly, no new replacements available, no replacement filters available, noisy, runs hot all the time, filter clogs constantly, plastic parts snap, i could go on and on. What is right th it, absolutely nothing, save your money.

Terrible – I am most disappointed with the overall performance of this machine and do not recommend purchasing it. I will be buying a new one soon - probably a Dyson. vacuuming work is even finished. The lead is too short and the canister unwieldy and catches on furniture

Terrible – an unwise purchase - overheating +loss of suction followed by motor disintegration was very disappointing - paid nearly $300 - not good enough Customer service was terrible worked reasonably well when filter was washed - otherwise loses suction and overheats/switches off - very frustrating motor blew up after 2 years of infrequent use - not recommended

Bad – Usable if somewhat noisy and has worked well for 18 months, but don't know why it suddenly went wrong. Naturally, the Warranty has expired. Does a good job on carpet and vinyl, basically trouble free until : Suddenly started making very loud noise like a flag flapping in a strong wind

Terrible – I am utterly disgusted with this product. I've had it less than a month and will have to buy a replacement urgently as my floors / carpets have never been so filthy. - only enough for the smallest of rooms. It gives out way too much heat. The handle is badly designed and hurts your hand to hold.

Terrible – i thought i had bough a good machine, took me only about 4 cleans to realise this was a total waste of money, cleaner is now smashed up and in the bin, saves frustration constantly switches off regardless of how clean the filter is, hose broke, cord wouldn't unwind, on off switch not operable
