Avoid Viber - I have bought credit to make calls but they have a "technical" issue and can't provide service from Thailand at the moment. Because of this I have asked for my money to be refunded but they are refusing to refund because I purchased the credits more than 90 days ago - even though they can't provide service they have refused a refund - totally unreasonable and I would suggest avoiding them.
