My Vibit tens hasn’t performed very well since purchasing it. Doesn’t hold a charge for long. I have found I have to give it a three hour charge each time I need it. video with the problem but pretty hard to show a machine that’s not holding a charge. Anyway no one has offered me a replacement and being on an aged pension doesn't help as looks like I’ve paid $199 for a machine that won’t work properly. Also I do not have proof of purchase.

DO NOT BOTHER!!! I have waited 3 weeks for them to replace the machine that has not worked since day 1. They have sent tourbleshooting vides and as i have continued to advise that the machine is faulty, will not charge, I have followed there prompts again IT DOES NOT WORK. Packs a big punch for a little travel sized TENs, infinitely better being wireless than my wired TENs for useability. Had a minor defect on one of the buttons getting stuck, sent in a video and Ned and the team replaced it under warranty immediately. Excellent service and ripper product.

My vibit tens stopped working but these guys showed excellent customer service in responding quickly and arranging a replacement. While it did work, i loved this machine. Gave me great relief from my back pain. Show details

I have had a Tens machine for some years and have used it infrequently over my 25 year argument with my back. The wires and the two seperate pads wasn’t an issue although times wearing it in company of friend or out somewhere else was a little inconvenient but, hey, first world problem. I have had a pretty painful spasm in my back for over 2 months now. The ability to be able to put one of the double pads directly onto the spasm has been an absolute game changer from a pain management perspective. Over the course of the past few weeks I have had scan to diagnose the cause of the spasm and sure enough it is my old sparring partner L4-5. So now I am able to help the pain at the point of the spasm and bring in another of the pads to assist with that area. Thankfully treatment is tomorrow.

The case is a good size, the operating unit slips into a pocket easily so I can use it away from home very conveniently. It charges the tens units so there is always another to use if needed.

One of the benefits of the 4 preset settings is that it takes away the guesswork of my old Ten machine which was a bit hit and miss with me fiddling with the pulse width and frequency settings. Now I know what setting is needed to give me relief. I have also cycled through the four settings at times to try them out without having to guess what the manual setting needs to be.

As you can tell, I am very pleased with this product.

feather in the cap of the Product Review's mediation process! And the TENS machine? What a wonderful product. I'm awaiting a hip replacement. Have been enduring severe pain all down my right leg. Vibit TENS hasn't cured it by any stretch but has certainly helped to alleviate it, big time. Was able to achieve some sleep last night. Sooo good. Thank you. Keep up the good work. Have only been using it for a few days but have noticed some difference already. I have widespread musculoskeletal pain, multilevel cervical spondylosis with active arthropathy and osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Vibit TENS. Like anything you buy, you'll get good and bad reviews. I was sceptical purchasing TENS unit if it didn't work I'd get over it for the price $199. Being a Chef for 35 years I developed serious sciatica pain which led to my retirement. Only been using TENS for a month or so, wish I'd found it earlier, TENS has relieved my pain noticeably, and had quick response to any support questions I had. Posted promptly and very well packaged. Inside the box is the zippy case, the Vibit plastic charging case and the x4 individual TENS units. The charging cable and sticky pads are under these. over the TENS plates. Quickly removed and watched the charging happen as the zeros across the top of the x4 units flash. The small light next to the M also flashed. After a few hours it was finally charged, denoted with no activity of any kind on the unit. Removing the sticky pads X2 I stuck these either side of my affected right knee. Then applied x1 unit either side, ensuring the contact was correct. I'd turned on the unit already. Dialed up the plus sign and was unaware of anything happening. So hit the plus sign a couple more times... Nothing. I then removed both little black units from the conductor pads, I turned the unit completely off. Sitting the little black units on my lap, facing me, I turned the unit on again. Instantly it lit up the X2 black units. I pressed the plus sign a few times and could see the numbers moving up easily. I reached over and connected to the conductor pads, and nearly jumped out of the chair!!! I'd shifted it to 8!!!!! Quickly lowered to 5 and later to 4. Perfect. Ran for 15 mins and turned off. Worked flawlessly. Packed all up. I repeated the second night and used the next x2 black units.... I'll rotate thru them so to use them all over time. I actually had no more pain in that right knee and slept well. Thank you.

Waste – Excellent customer service as they provided a replacement for the initial faulty one, however, the second does not function either despite trying three sets of pads. It does not stay charged nor really stimulate anything as it merely tingles despite turning it up to 7 or 8.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE – Avoid there subscriptions!!!!!!!!! Tried to cancel before subscription/delivery date. They still charged and have not heard back from anyone. But they still spam your emails trying to sell! All about money and no customer support

When I needed it - it was older than 12 months and didn’t work! – I bought this in July 2023 but haven’t needed it till now. I tried to charge it but as I hadn’t used it regularly it won’t charge. Contacted the company thinking I was doing something wrong and was told out of warranty. Surely a $335 (frequently reduced to $199) should last. I didn’t even get to use it!!! Unless you need it for frequent use - don’t bother. I can’t even recommend for that as I didn’t get to use it. Show details

Highly recommend this product – I didn’t think something so small could be so good! I am in less pain and sleeping better, there are four pads that pull a punch and really get into the areas, I love how you can turn up the intensity.. so far the pads still stick although I bought extra pads. and I move the pads around to a different spot every 10 minutes. The different modes definitely make a different impact & I just rotate through them all because of all the benefits. Highly recommend!

Drug free pain management – Thought the electrodes may not stay on well enough for wearing whilst being active. But so far no problem. Good length of charge output. Great that it is wireless. Good pain management without drugs. Has allowed me to stay active for longer than I could before, which should enable me to increase my mobility. Show reply
