put it together and they have said they don’t have anyone. Waste of money. Very disappointing and still sitting in pieces out in our yard!

Definitely not easy to erect – This dog run was the perfect size for my 5 Golden Retrievers but was disappointed with the quality. It took 4 adults 6 hrs to erect the fence and took 2 of my dogs less than 30 seconds to rip holes in it and escape. They didn't even escape from the same hole but happily ripped individual ones! as it has interlinking hooks along the top and bottom which continually grab onto other pieces of the fence whenever they touch and eventually when the fence was up, the same stupid hooks wouldn't hook onto the appropriate other hook and hold. As I am renting I thought I would be able to easily deconstruct but as the horizontal poles weave in and out of the chain links top and bottom (with the stupid hooks) it will be a nightmare to deconstruct and remove. The vertical poles slip inside t-Pieces or corner pieces and then are secured with bolts and nuts and are reasonably solid but will need bracing. The door is pitifully narrow. I have trouble getting through it and its not wide enough to get a push mower through. Overall I was disappointed in this product. The company VidaXL were easy to deal with and supplied the fence within a few days with reasonable freight costs.
