We love the Fo but having trouble with Aust Post. The day they claimed they could not drop because no on was here is nonsense as we were and checking the security footage they did not appear all day. Too lazy to lift the weight so we have to drive 11 k to the PO. Talked to them about it but they did not care. Keep up the good work guys, love what you do.00 Show reply
Husband bought a case of lucky dip. After opening a few bottles we weren't happy with the quality of wine. Bec and the Vino Mofo team said we were able to send the unopened bottles back and we got a refund. Bec was really prompt and helpful, and we really appreciate the customer service. So a five star for service but unfortunately the wine let the review down. Thanks Bec and team for taking our feedback on board.
Ordered a week ago and received notification that had been shipped following day and label created with Auspost. No movement or update for the whole week and can’t get a straight answer to where and what is going on. I was offered a refund when all I want is the goods I ordered! I purchase dozen of wine. How was advertised very poor and not very professional and they should be advertised differently not with a picture they have on this product!!! I checkd on the website showing clear you can return wine. I made a phone call and they told me oh sorry you can’t return these!!! Follow-up · After 8ish years of drinking myself to oblivion with VM, I have worked out my favourite wine regions and flavours, mostly from tipping wine down my neck but also from the VM team's reviews. I always get cost free delivery which arrives at my door either on the forecasted day or sooner. Follow-up · I buy only when needed as I have limited space in which to store wine and a limited budget. My favourite labels are Pirramirra and Reschke for reds and Petaluma, Pauletts for whites. LOVE Bay of Fires though I normally buy that through Cellar One :-( My favourite varieties are Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir

Follow-up · Further to my original review, and with respect to packaging I do not have any issues. The boxes are in as new condition and are well sealed. The variety of wine available is excellent and there is a range to suit most palates. I have not used the returns process in the 6 years I have been a member of Vinomofo.

online price of the product - which doesn't seem to be stocked by reputable wine shops (yes, they can be found in Dan Murphy's online marketplace but that means they are not available instore. I will be taking this up with Dan Murphy's as I'm not sure if they are aware of what's going on and how they are being manipulated). In short, I suggest you exercise caution when buying from this company as every wine of the 5 dozen or so I purchased is a $10 "pleasant wine" at best. Next step is I'm visiting these so called wineries to discuss their offerings (if the wineries even exist). One example is the Haselgrove "Bella Vigna" McLaren Vale Reserve Parcel Shiraz 2021 harvest https://haselgrove.com.au/products/bella-vigna-reserve-parcel-shiraz . If I paid the wineries advertised price of $50 for this bottle of wine I would be very unhappy. Of course when you see this for $12.50, online you think you are getting a bargain. No, not a chance, from my estimation this wine was never worth $50 when compared to other wines available on the market, but it's drinkable at entry level. The wine this site sells needs to be approached really cautiously and all the great reviews astound me because it just isn't so from the bottles I tried. I'll snap out of my delusional thinking and go back to paying what good wine costs but it was great to think I beat the system for a while. Sorry folks but that's what my tired old taste buds experienced. Really keen to hear what others have to say. In the mean time I'm looking for a way to get rid of this cheap booze. helps me out everytime and over 5 years buying from Vino I have only sent 5 boxes back, for free. We also have a 20min chat about the industry, what wine is trending, and if Jordan doesn’t know he leans over to the buyer right behind him. They are a wealth of knowledge that really teach me a heap.
They have big brands and we’ll know suppliers all the time but your best choice is going for something a little different, you can always have what you know when you go out for dinner. I started buying wine for my uni mates and now I buy wine for banker morons. They have something for everyone.

You call them up, say you didn't like the wine (yep, that's right), they tell you to have another bottle just in case, and if you still don't like it just leave it out the front and a courier will come and pick it up and your money is refunded (the total amount).

The wine on the site is generally brilliant and the pricing unbeatable ( I'm talking $90 bottles for $29!). I tend to buy bottles in the $15-$40 range on the site.
Unfortunately, VinoMofo has significantly contributed to my tastes becoming more expensive, with quaffable numbers costing nearer to $50 a bottle elsewhere (but just $15-20 bucks on VM).
Every online business should follow the VinoMofo model. No other wine site comes close. Cheers.

I have given Vinomofo many customers, who are really gratefully. I look a Vinomofo, buy a great deal on offer, press the ESCAPE button on the computer and imagine I am at the winery, whilst sipping the nectar of the gods.

wines themselves are fabulous. I’ve discovered so many great bottles through them that I probably never would have tried otherwise. The quality is consistently excellent and there’s always something interesting to choose from.
Delivery is also fantastic — usually free and very quick — which makes ordering so easy. On top of that, they regularly send out discount codes and special offers, which makes stocking up on good wine even better value.
Honestly, I can’t fault them. If you love good wine and great service, I highly recommend Vinomofo.

Low Quality Wine and Refusing Returns – I purchased the "Black Market" and "Lucky Dip" cases, but found bottles repeated in each case. The quality of the wines did not match the advertised RRP, meaning that the so-called "$30" wines I bought for $8 tasted like an $8 bottle. Every wine I have bought from Vinomofo has been of such high quality that I no longer buy wine when I’m out because I just don’t get the same quality at local pubs and restaurants. So, weirdly, I drink wine at home and beer when I’m out!

I have bought numerous wines from Vinomofo and they range from very good to superb. Always delivered in timely fashion at a great price. Bought the red wine lucky dip, all received as said. Excited to try them. I got the $50 wine as my wild card (while expected I was hoping for a better one). Nevertheless it is still a great wine for the price and I have no complaints. I’m wondering how many people actually get the better wines? Haven’t seen much online with a big win. Very fast shipping and exactly what I ordered for a great price - satisfied.
