had in fact purchased something that I could have got at Dan's for $10. I don't drink $10 wine, so I poured the rest down the sink.

To be honest I would have let this go & chalked it up to my own gullibility, but this company really annoyed me by following up with a satisfaction survey, & doing a really poor job of responding to my feedback. In the end they offered me something like $20 off my next purchase, which was pointless because I would never buy from them again. Buyer beware, and ask yourself, how can they seemingly offer deals so much better than the market? They can't. It should be illegal for companies like this to publish such blatantly false advertising.

Vinomofo has been really good. I have often purchased the lucky dip and rarely consigned any of the wines to the cook. Most recently I purchased a 6 pack of reds and after the first two bottles I reordered the same mixed 6 pack. My only grievance would be the amount of emails I receive daily but its easy to just delete them and get back to enjoying the wine Show reply

We love the Fo but having trouble with Aust Post. The day they claimed they could not drop because no on was here is nonsense as we were and checking the security footage they did not appear all day. Too lazy to lift the weight so we have to drive 11 k to the PO. Talked to them about it but they did not care. Keep up the good work guys, love what you do.00 Show reply

Bought something one time a year ago and still get spammed by this company with SMS "offers". Opting-out makes no difference. I'll leave a review somewhere for every additional message I receive.

Husband bought a case of lucky dip. After opening a few bottles we weren't happy with the quality of wine. Bec and the Vino Mofo team said we were able to send the unopened bottles back and we got a refund. Bec was really prompt and helpful, and we really appreciate the customer service. So a five star for service but unfortunately the wine let the review down. Thanks Bec and team for taking our feedback on board.

Ordered a week ago and received notification that had been shipped following day and label created with Auspost. No movement or update for the whole week and can’t get a straight answer to where and what is going on. I was offered a refund when all I want is the goods I ordered! I have given Vinomofo many customers, who are really gratefully. I look a Vinomofo, buy a great deal on offer, press the ESCAPE button on the computer and imagine I am at the winery, whilst sipping the nectar of the gods.

wines themselves are fabulous. I’ve discovered so many great bottles through them that I probably never would have tried otherwise. The quality is consistently excellent and there’s always something interesting to choose from.

Delivery is also fantastic — usually free and very quick — which makes ordering so easy. On top of that, they regularly send out discount codes and special offers, which makes stocking up on good wine even better value.

Honestly, I can’t fault them. If you love good wine and great service, I highly recommend Vinomofo.

I find everyone at Vinomofo extremely helpful and accomodating be it in terms of advice regarding a wine, processing a return or any other matter. The pricing is fabulous and I end up buying far more than my requirement since I am not a regular drinker. I would recommend Vinomofo to anyone looking for good deals on wine.

BE VERY CAREFUL OF THEIR SO-CALLED RRP's They are rarely what they say I had previously purchased Starward 100 Proof Whisky directly from Starward for $99 (usual cost RRP was about $ 140) but after having a look here out of curiosity I nearly died when their so-called RRP was OVER $200 Don't just assume their pricing is as cheap as they advertise

Every wine I have bought from Vinomofo has been of such high quality that I no longer buy wine when I’m out because I just don’t get the same quality at local pubs and restaurants. So, weirdly, I drink wine at home and beer when I’m out!

As a long term (and satisfied) Vinomofo buyer this was the first time I had had a problem with the wine supplied. Contacted them via the website and got very prompt response - box up remaining bottles, Aus Post will collect and amount will be credited to my Vinomofo account. I have bought numerous wines from Vinomofo and they range from very good to superb. Always delivered in timely fashion at a great price. The 2021 Pirramimma The Earl Shiraz is one of the best reds I have ever had and I rate it a 98.
