Happy with past service of WINES but experiented a recent Stroke and hence have canceled further Use of this service. Unfortunate cease of ungoing enjoying past history.

Some good wines and great deals. I do like the website and find it easy to use. Also like being able to purchase different wines and quantities according to need.

Always reliable and easy to deal with .. Wines are always good and any errors in delivery or wine are quickly resolved… Very helpful on the phone and wine club is easy to change dates of delivery… Cannot fault Vigin Wines and would highly recommend..

This has been excellent value for money and very convenient. I feel like I can buy wine when I want to and I'm appraised of the offers by email without feeling like there's a hard sell. As a lucky beneficiary of a "secret wine" promotion I can confirm that the prizes are genuine. Virgin points are a nice little bonus.

Several bottles of the mystery Shiraz were corked. The wine was fizzy. Undrinkable.good price on offer but that was voided by the wines down the drain. Pity, as the remaining bottles were good Quality. I’d estimate you need to factor in a 100% cost for the chuck aways.

Delivery hopeless and unreliable – What a shocker. Ordered well in time for Xmas. They were unable to tell me where my order was on 23rd and then ended up sending me two boxes which arrived well after Xmas and then had the cheek to ask for more money . Never again.

Order got canceled still waiting for refund – They canceled my order after it was shipped and requested the shipping company to return the item. I still haven’t received refund. Stay away from this.

The ease of ordering wine is fantastic and the speed at which we receive the wine is excellent... then the wines themselves have all been excellent. We will continue to order our wine from Virgin Wines. Show reply

Delivery of wine was done by leaving a card in the letterbox and I had to go to the depot at Brisbane Airport to pick it up. Virgin Wines kindly gave $20 for my troubles.

Excellent wines, excellent service. One small error was made. It was rectified well within any acceptable lead time. Very good Work pleasant people to talk to. I don’t think you can go wrong. Enjoy your day. Best Hugh.

I purchased the mystery box of whites (plus a few bottles of Rose) so far all have been really lovely wines. All South Australian (my favourite region for wine) Highly recommend the wines. Good value, great quality and delivery was quite good given I’m regional Qld.

Even though I have not heard of the wines before, they are always excellent and a pleasure to drink. The delivery is always quick and in great condition. The offer was a bit misleading, and I needed to read the fine print. What looked like a special offer had some conditions that you had to dig to find.

The value of the wines are incredibly good and you have the option of buying good to high quality wines. Biggest negative is their choice of courier. Aramax is probably the worst courier available and very inflexible with their deliveries. Show reply

Great selection of tasty Wines at really reasonable prices. We often get amazing deals through Velocity and the wines always impress. Their only let down is Delivery. delivered and left in view of the public. I’d really prefer it was taken to the Post Office to collect if nobody is home rather than just leaving it unattended. Apart from this issue I recommend giving Virgin Wines a try.

Virgin Wines offers great deals across of wide range of red and white wines at greatly discounted or special prices. Delivery is prompt and your wines can be tracked. Alas a couple of hiccups whereby on 2 occasions my wine order was sent missing 1 or 2 wines that were supposed to be included but a quick call and that issue was resolved promptly. Show reply

It is very convenient for my wine advisor to give me a call every few months with some special prices on the wines I enjoy. I am able to then pick and choose which ones I would prefer. Delivery is always very quick and easy. Show reply

Great value for mid range wines at low range prices. Always an excellently curated parcel of extremely well priced delicious red wines. Only sometimes let down by their delivery service which tends to leave the wines at the mail box, not door, without even checking in to see if anyone is there! Luckily we receive a notification email ASAP and act promptly, which ensures that the wines do not 'disappear'. Show reply

Cancels Orders – Bought a case of wine through a deal they had going, used a voucher that was publicly listed. Ended up processing the order, shipping wines and then subsequently contacting me 5 days later to say they're cancelling the order. I'm still waiting on my refund. Unprofessional mob.

Avoid – Was keen to try Virgin Wines based on one of their sign up offers. However days after ordering (and checking with support everything was processed all ok) my order was cancelled by Virgin Wines as they decided the offer was no longer available, and my already in transit shipment was redirected back to them the day it was due to arrive with… Read more

Quite annoying given the run around and now having to chase up for a refund. There are plenty of wine club offerings around, will be going elsewhere and recommending others do the same.

You can't go wrong with Virgin wines – Amazing wine at a good price. I haven't had one wine that I dislike. My personal favourite is the rose mixed box. The unlimited delivery was a great price and made it worthwhile ordering. Show reply

Refreshing To Join A Club That Caters To my Tastes and Not Just Their Cellar – Having been in quite a number of wine clubs over the years with mixed performance it is refreshing to find a wine club that understands, appreciates and tailors to my tastes, desires and price point.
