Good offers sometimes, but really poor customer service. I have made so many attempts to contact this business, but unfortunately, all to no avail. I waited numerous timed more than 20 minutes to speak with customer service, but no one ever took the call. I sent emails to resolve my issue and I got AI scripted, irrelevant replies. My issue still unresolved. Very disappointing.

Tried to cancel the order when I received notice and payment advice. I didn't receive a "Tracking email" so want't aware the order was on its way. Also I just want to order wine when I need it. Show reply

The wines are usually excellent and if on the rare occasion there is a problem, they replace the wine without a quibble. There is an extensive range and we'll priced. The service is reliable, prompt and courteous Show reply

Some of the specials are very good. I certainly don’t think all of them stand out but if you keep your eye out for what you like you can stock up the cellar at reasonable prices. I hate getting unsolicited phone calls which they haven’t done, I can ignore emails if they get too spammy… Show reply

They do offer a wide variety of product and their order processing and delivery is quite effective. My only grouch is that some of their red wines, mainly in the lower priced mixed packs, are a bit ‘newish’ and this reflects in their taste which can be off putting. Show reply

The prices and range are good, but although I order infrequently I still seem to run into issues with postage. Right now I've been waiting nearly three weeks for an order and this is not the first time. So I would suggest order here if you don't care too much about when you'll actually get the wine.

I have used Virgin Wines in the past but, unlikely to do so in the future. I received a email advertising a voucher for a $40 reduction on a dozen bottles. When placing the order, the voucher was accepted but at payment, the full amount was changed. amount (which was above my order value). Nowhere in the advertisement or during the order purchase process was a minimum amount mentioned. If fact, the opposite, the voucher was accepted but, the full price was changed at checkout. As this was blatant false advertising, I cancelled the order and now I’m waiting for my money back.

I did not receive my order. After the courier service sent me a message and a photo of my box of wine at someone else’s house I put in a complaint. Only received one response that they were working on it. I have emailed everyday for 4 days with no response. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I am cancelling my subscription and would not recommend anyone to sign up for this subscription.

Wines are competitively priced with reasonable quality and a perfect record of delivery. It is rare for me to buy mixed dozens but Virgin Wines have generally provided a good range. Show reply

Great wines, great prices, very fast delivery. I like the mystery boxes, I have gotten some very pricey bottles at a fraction of the price at times. I have always been impressed with their reds, Australian or international varieties. If I buy any more wine my wife will kick me out. Show reply

I have been very impressed with the wines that I have purchased. The quality has generally been exceptional. One of a mixed box did not suit my taste and Virgin were as good as their guarantee and replaced it with a great wine with no quibble whatsoever. Delivery is fast, with good communication re when to expect it. Good range and quality of wines. Very affordable. Great specials when they crop up eg 15 bottles for the price of 12. Show reply

Happy with past service of WINES but experiented a recent Stroke and hence have canceled further Use of this service. Unfortunate cease of ungoing enjoying past history.

The ease of ordering wine is fantastic and the speed at which we receive the wine is excellent... then the wines themselves have all been excellent. We will continue to order our wine from Virgin Wines. Show reply

Delivery of wine was done by leaving a card in the letterbox and I had to go to the depot at Brisbane Airport to pick it up. Virgin Wines kindly gave $20 for my troubles.

Some good wines and great deals. I do like the website and find it easy to use. Also like being able to purchase different wines and quantities according to need.

Always reliable and easy to deal with .. Wines are always good and any errors in delivery or wine are quickly resolved… Very helpful on the phone and wine club is easy to change dates of delivery… Cannot fault Vigin Wines and would highly recommend..

This has been excellent value for money and very convenient. I feel like I can buy wine when I want to and I'm appraised of the offers by email without feeling like there's a hard sell. As a lucky beneficiary of a "secret wine" promotion I can confirm that the prizes are genuine. Virgin points are a nice little bonus.

I purchased the mystery box of whites (plus a few bottles of Rose) so far all have been really lovely wines. All South Australian (my favourite region for wine) Highly recommend the wines. Good value, great quality and delivery was quite good given I’m regional Qld.

Even though I have not heard of the wines before, they are always excellent and a pleasure to drink. The delivery is always quick and in great condition. The offer was a bit misleading, and I needed to read the fine print. What looked like a special offer had some conditions that you had to dig to find.

Several bottles of the mystery Shiraz were corked. The wine was fizzy. Undrinkable.good price on offer but that was voided by the wines down the drain. Pity, as the remaining bottles were good Quality. I’d estimate you need to factor in a 100% cost for the chuck aways.
