Great Product, Great Service – Excellent battery addition to my camping set-up providing power for one of my Engel Fridges. Easy set-up and charging with DCDC charger using Solar or car alternator. Very quick despatch and delivery via Australia Post. Cannot fault the service from Outbax. Show details · 1
Good value for money – I purchased two 100Ah VoltaX LiFePO4 batteries three years ago. They are still as good as new but one of them stopped charging after a few cycles. I then parallel-linked it to the other Li-battery, which had full charge. It started charging. This has occurred twice since and everytime I was able to revive it by using another battery… Read more · 1
parallel-linked to it. It actually does not matter if you use a non-Lithium battery to kick-start the charge but you will need to remove the linked battery as soon as your empty battery starts charging.
VoltaX Basic LiFePO4 Lithium Battery 100Ah – Mine DOES run the induction cooker. Your problem is that your inverter is too small. Mine is 6000W. On startup, as many devices, the induction cooker needs excess power that its rated Show 3 replies
Can't fault it yet – I have had 1 Voltx 135ah battery for 18 months and had no problems whatsoever, it is paired with a Victron 100/30 mppt controller and 350w fixed solar panels on the roof of my 4wd. only downfall with this battery is a 50a BMS, not the battery's fault I knew that before I bought it, but it does not run my 1500w inverter with my Kmart induction… Read more · 1
cooker. So I have bought a 135ah Voltx slimline with a 100a BMS 6 months ago and it runs my 1500w inverter and induction cooker at low settings 800w to 1000w, I have stretched it out to 1200w with no problems but don't want to risk it so its just a minute max at 1200w. The price has made it possible to have 2 lithium battery's, the most expensive part is quality solar regulators and both my battery's have their own Victron 100/30 mppt controller and up to 600w in total solar panels (350w and 250w) so I am totally of grid and have more power than I need running everything 2 x Fridge/Freezer (1 x 15L and 1 x 35L), Induction cooker and 1500w inverter, lights, all my charging and even a 12v tv.
So happy as .

Really, Good Battery for the Price – I have been using one of these batteries for over a year and I have never had any problems and the battery works really well powering the fridge and an inverter for battery charging as well other devices etc. The battery was very attractive at its price point. One thing I will add after seeing these reviews, the manufacturer has responded to many… Read more · 3
of the negative experiences, of which many are not really that relevant. Many manufacturers don't even bother, so that's a tick for Volta.
Bad BMS's – The manual would have you believe that these batteries can be put in series up to 48 volts they can't, not without constant balancing in parallel at least twice a month. They also seem to stop working sporadically when drawing a heavy load but one with in the rated 50 amp draw. In say all this the cell are good and other bms are available. Show details
Short term GARBAGE – I purchased x1 110AH 9 months ago. It lasted 6 months before becoming unchargable. I purchased another that lasted less than THREE MONTHS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this SCAM of a product Show details

Hi Jo. Apologies for the late reply on this. We suggest contacting the seller to make a warranty claim for this.
Good product for price – Same as other reviews, voltage dropped to 0 quickly on first use. after giving a solid charge to full capacity, it works great. will grab 2nd to parallel for more output current. Show details
Hi Matthew, glad your battery is working well. Thanks for your review!
Good value product – Was initially disappointed as the voltage dropped to 0 volts quite soon after purchase. Would not recharge. Instructions for use of no value. I believe that the battery had a low charge state when delivered. Then I discovered that if you connect a charged battery to it the BMS resets and it recharges quite quickly with a standard battery charger. The battery charge lasts as expected. Show details · 1
100ah lithium battery green – I’ve tested this battery to see how many hours it has and so far I stopped it at 97amps so it is what it states so that’s great. It ran a 50L and a 75L freezers for 15hrs this included starting them up on the battery hot. So now I’m testing them for charging and it took 4hrs in bulk on a 25ah charger and 2 1/2hrs to go from absorption to float. … Read more · 1
After 2 weeks using this battery on Fraser running 2 freezers the battery ran them for around 16hrs using approx 80 amps. I found that the ideal charger is a 20ah because the charger I have is a 10 or 25amp. The 25amps upsets the BMS and does not charge it correctly. Switching it to 10amps it takes around 9hrs to go into float. Other then this the battery did a great job. 20amps is not a lot but ok for the price.
