very siloed. The Warranty team never responded to my message directly and only sent 1 of the 2 items requested under warranty. I raised this issue and received no follow up.
For the price they charge they have possibly the worst service. I would buy a cheaper alternative from a major retailer. In my case I have a half finished swing in the backyard and now two large pieces of steel I need to dispose of.
Vuly send me the additional part so my daughter can use the swing and come pick up your broken steel framing.

Would also like to note that I managed to assemble the trampoline by myself at Christmas time, all components were present and good quality and I had no troubles with it. the trampoline is great and the shade cover we got for free is incredible, especially in the hot summer.
I purchased a Vuly 360 Pro Max Medium swing and an Ultra Medium trampoline. We have just finished setting up the swings and I am seriously concerned about setting the trampoline up at Christmas time. Packages were quickly shipped from Vuly. Then the problems began. They use Direct Freight Express, who marked my items as "for delivery" on 1/10/21. Items never showed. Then I realised they had only scanned 4 of my 13 items in at Sydney. Contact with DFE confirmed nothing was scanned when it was collected in Brisbane and they didn't know where my items were. They lodged an enquiry but I heard nothing until the items arrived at my door. The truck full of Vuly equipment arrived and I was disgusted to see packages thrown about and boxes with holes in them. The driver half slid mine out the back of the truck, then got in the truck and drove off so they all fell flat on the ground. $2000 of equipment went bang. The boxes were very worse for wear and on opening them there were parts where the black paint had scratched off and metal bars were compressed. Some packages were filled with a gritty dirt-like substance. My extension piece had one oval end, and one egg shaped end, meaning it doesn't fit into the top bar. The metal is so thick it must be a manufacturing error. This means we now have a 1 swing swingset instead of 2... super fun with 2 kids. The instructions are atrocious with poorly labelled screws. Paper instructions are different to the pdf which is also different to the video. Nothing seemed to line up easily or slide into other pieces with ease. It actually wouldn't have been too complex to build if the pieces fit and the instructions were clearly labelled. I'll be complaining about the courier and also obviously requesting a new extension piece. By the time that arrives though my friend who had a Vuly says the top bars will likely have fused together due to weather.. she says it's a nightmare to take apart. Overall it looks like a top quality item, but I just dont feel like any of the screws will hold tight and it feels a bit wobbly. I'm pretty disappointed considering how much I spent, and am absolutely dreading putting the trampoline together come December 24th.
Worried – We purchased a swingset about 5 months ago with 3 attachments expecting high quality and long lifespan. issue, despite it being slightly outside the 12 month warranty period - although they required me to cover the shipping costs. The attached photos are of the replacement cubby and cover less than 18 months later. The cubby unit starts as a very dark grey colour, and almost immediately fades to this light grey after only a few months. The material then weakens to the point it tears through just by sitting outside in the elements. This time Vuly won't be replacing it, as it's outside of their warranty terms. They offered to sell me replacement items at a discount.
What I can't believe is that for something at the higher end of the market in terms of pricing, the quality is so terrible. This swing set should be able to sit comfortably outside for years without this happening.
Extremely disappointing. You'd be better off spending your money on a quality timber cubby house from your local major hardware store.

these sets are big, but that part isn't Vulys fault. It does make the ridiculously flawed written and video instructions almost pointless and the subsequent re-doing large parts of the set difficult and all the more irritating (they vary from online to the hard copy in the box, only to be noticed on comparing). We decided to put this up Christmas eve, as did our neighbours (not Vuly) when they were tucked in bed after completing theirs we were still trying to install this beast. I love a good puzzle, but we were up half the night, and didn't finish, it ruined my Christmas (I normally have to work Christmas which made it more crushing) and our kids enjoyment of their Christmas present. This was just the start though really. Next day our extended family assisted us to complete it. It was very wobbly, making awful scretching noises, that would definitely mean wear and tear was occurring, we couldn't tighten things any more, and who knew if we had done things wrong, the instructions were so vague. I was worried about my young children using it, yet it's designed to handle much bigger, older children. After contacting vuly and a warranty claim, we got some extra parts to fix our see-saw that due to once again poor instructions and different pieces to those described in videos, had not been installed properly. I contacted vuly again in regards to further concerns around the movement and stability of the set, and they offered a half price installation, we paid and waited weeks, and they were having issues getting someone to do the install. Finally after a few contacts someone comes, to my dissatisfaction he had never dealt with a vuly set and would not be able to correct any issues with the install. The instructions were as useful to him as it was to us. He ended up going to a hardware store to get some appropriate washers to help stabilise the set. It did improve some things and I don't have any complaints about this installer, he was dealing with the issues as best he can, but due to the size of the set I paid money for an installer to have myself outside having to help tipping the set over to undo bolts etc. More dissatisfaction, here I am now, the spin swing doesn't spin is showing signs of rust and a bolt has broken, which now renders it unable to be used, this set is huge in my back yard to just have a ball and see-saw on it. I regret this purchase more than anything else I have ever bought. I cannot recommend this to anyone, I have guilt on convincing my husband to support me buying this, and regret for working extra shifts to buy this. I give it 2 stars for the fact that customer service has been ok, and my warranty stuff followed up, but nothing makes up for the fact its been out of action more than in use and now my kids aren't enjoying it like they should be. It is sturdy, and for now the kids can ride the see-saw pretty hard, that is until it rusts or falls apart, and from experience I don't think that will be to far away.

emails went unanswered I rang and spoke to four different warranty team members. I was initially offered touch up paint and a few new replacement components. I explained that I would be painting approximately 2/3 of the swing frame and I was unsatisfied with this approach.
I explained that the substantial damage was not only a result of rough handing in transit but also of poor (non existent) packaging which allowed the surfaces of the frame components to rub together and be scratched.
Finally an agreement was reached during one of these phone calls. I was told the entire swing frame would be replaced. Eight days later I received an email to say I would receive the upper frame only. I have emailed requesting clarification of why the warranty resolution agreed upon has been reneged on. These email requests for information have gone unanswered for over one week and I have had no contact from Vuly.
I believed I was buying play equipment proudly Australian Made and sturdy: a superior product and well tested. In my case the 2x thicker and 40% wider swing frame has failed the transit test and the warranty team does not consider the concerns of their clients. In short Vuly's claim to a class-leading warranty is promotional hype.

swing seat design is very dangerous and flips upside down at the slightest weight transfer. My six 6 old has been upside down twice in the first two days and it's a big concern as to the safety of this product. The rope on the base is too close together and doesn't make for a stable platform compared to any swing seat you find in a public park.
I wouldn't recommend this product as it is very disappointing for the price. As well as this the boxes arrived damaged and there were a couple of scratches on the legs.

has faded dramatically since our purchase and it looks terrible. It is as if when the product was manufacturing the UV protection was not added. Given that Vuly prides itself on quality products, they have let themselves down. If anyone asks if they should purchase the cubbyhouse with the swing set, my answer will be NO!! If this issue has not been addressed by Vuly already, i think it needs to be looked at sooner rather than later.
Spin Swing does not last – Purchased in 2018 and going off Vuly reputation I thought this product would be great. The spin swing has been replaced once under warranty but it just does not last outside. The spinning element gets all stiff and despite regular lube it just isn’t spin and twist. Great swing. A pig to build – The Vuly video makes constructing the swing set look laughably easy. It should be, as there are not many pieces to put together. The reality is that the hand welded tubes are all slightly off-angle, so they don't just slot into place. I had to WD40 the T-bar joins and use a heavy club hammer plus some pine decking (to protect the metal) to get the… Read more

A rubber mallet (as the instructions suggest) was not adequate to hammer in the off-angle hand welded joints. ....it only worked once I juggled the T-sections around to find the combination which was least off-angle. Also, the bolt holes on one of the legs didn't line up evenly when the leg was fully slotted in. I've read other reviews where people have had this issue. Be prepared to call Vuly and send this back if the angles look impossible .....or book an installer and laugh at them while they curse at the (near impossible to slot together) frame in your garden. On a more positive note. The swing is very solid. My kids love it and it looks and feels like it will last a long time. The shade cover seems really robust too. Hopefully your set will be more accurately welded than mine was.

before stating I should have got them, again I write back saying I haven't, no response. A friend who ordered a playset has had nearly every piece apart from the frame deteriorate, fade or rip within 2 months - Vuly advised her they are trying to get their manufacturer to use different materials so these quality issues don't keep happening. So its good to see they are working towards a solution, but in doing so have admitted that their current materials are below par.
But what is really not ok, is the fact that to replace anything except the swings, you have to take the whole thing apart again and then rebuild it, so many hours work for at least two people. Who has the time to be dismantling and then rebuilding huge and very heavy play equipment.
Update 1 - Vuly got back to me and agreed to replace the swing seat. As such I've changed the review to 3 stars.
We put our Playset together just before Christmas. Although we are happy with the frame as it seems very sturdy, the tent cover, orange rope and seat swing have all faded/discolored significantly in just four weeks. Vuly have stated that they are replacing the tent cover and rope under warranty, which we are very happy about, but they ignored my warranty claim for the seat swing. After I contacted them again to enquire, I was told that as the seat swing discoloration is cosmetic, they will not allow a warranty claim to replace it. Surely the materials should withstand being outdoors for more than four weeks before deteriorating. It has us concerned about the overall quality of the Playset, especially as we paid over $2000 for it.
Because of the quality issues on multiple parts which now makes our brand new Playset look yuk, I give this two stars. Also, for me to change over the rope and tent cover, I now have to dissemble the entire unit or pay for it to be done and rebuilt for me.

had 2 weeks until a birthday bash :) On receiving the goods we assembled on our first weekend available which was about 2 days after receiving it. One item that joins the entire unit together has been incorrectly manufactured and the bolts cannot go from one hole to the other. This joins the playset together to be able to use it. We phoned and had to lodge a warranty claim which we did the first business day after we found the issue. We received notification about the date replacement parts would be despatched but that date came and went with no shipping notification. 7 days later we are chasing Vuly for a connote number. The first (no)customer-service agent after a lengthy onhold wait told me that they would call be back shortly with the connote number and we would get our goods in time - promise. 3 hours later I wait on hold again to be connected with the same agent. I was told again they would call back but I said I would wait on the line. I was told he needed the phone to call the warehouse. Honestly! They have a phone system with only 1 line?? After another on hold music session I was told that the connote had been referred to management. I asked to speak with the manager but they were in a meeting for 20 minutes. I told him again I would hold until the manager was available. Over 20 minutes later, the agent picked up the line and promptly hung up. So I was back on hold for another lengthy wait but got through to someone who had more service skills than the last operator. I told him again what had happened and we needed the tracking as we needed the goods for a party Saturday. He gave me a connote number and said that he would contact management to find out when goods would be despatched. I informed him as I had informed the previous agent that I had a party and this was one of the main things for the kids. We really need to have the wrongfully manufactured parts so we could assemble the white elephant (currently my affectionate name for the useless steel hazardously awaiting its heart) While on the phone I came up with a plan to get my courier to collect on an overnight reliable service compared to the 5 day road freight and proceeded to book the collection. About a minute or so later, the agent phoned back to say the manager had been listening to the call and to cancel the collection as goods have already been collected as they were marked as a priority... By Direct Freight. However he then changed his mind and said that Startrack had collected. We received despatch notices for both couriers. The next morning both consignment notes were not registering so I emailed regarding no information on both carriers websites. 5 hours later and no reply, I call to get the hold music again and same agent(the one with the service skills) who told me it wasn't Startrack that had collected but Direct Freight. So I called Direct Freight who said I need to lodge a missing parcel claim with VULY as they had no record of the pickup or no freight as per dimensions supplied... back on the phone to Vuly and listening to their on hold music which is now irritating like the Centrelink hold music grates the nerves and I get a 3rd agent. I explained to her how it was now Wednesday and we NEED the parts for Saturday. I explained we ordered in November(through her funny enough) and it took 4 weeks to receive and then we need the part as per our file to complete it but we now need to lodge a claim as the courier hasn't collected. I am told that they are so busy getting all their orders out so people have them before Christmas that they are missing a few steps like getting the goods scanned by the courier companies - they have had to bring in 7 more couriers to cope with the demand and if they miss a few steps then people will get their goods quicker - I question what if goods go missing how do they track which courier has what!! I am confused as to who has collected and the agent cannot tell me on the phone who collected the goods. I am promised to be called back soon. I do get an email saying Startrack has collected and allow 12-24 hours for tracking to become active and call for any enquiries. Whatever happened to Direct Freight collecting the day prior just as I was speaking to one agent the manager said goods were collected as we spoke??? OBVIOUSLY THESE VIP CUSTOMERS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN AN EXISTING ONE WITH A MAJOR ISSUE WITH THEIR PRODUCT. We ended up receiving a package Friday evening at 7pm with 2 parts. Our kids were that excited when the courier turned up with the promised "warranty" parts for their friends to play on but tears shortly sprung forth as we realised by the shape of the package that wrong items had been sent. Emailed again with no answer so back onto the lengthy onhold music I eventually speak to one of the previous operators and explain a wrong part has been received and one of the parts has not been powdercoated as the plain metal can be seen from the inappropriate packaging that has torn in transit. Promised again that goods will be despatched but we receive an email they are despatching another of the wrong item. We have used as per their parts list but "warranty" must use another item list as the 2 parts they send do not connect with each other. (even though my picture shows the items connected) I get told that the pictures I sent must not have been read with the email I sent as they are on 2 separate platforms and there was confusion with the pictures. I told the agent that I wasn't aware of the 2 different platforms operating on their website and the warranty team must have comprehension issues as I put the part required on my warranty form. Also, with all the confusion - why didn't they call ??? I guess the good thing is my friends who were going to look at the goods at the party cannot look at it and hence will not waste their money on products that obviously aren't quality tested and a customer service team that are that busy looking after all their other customers to help. Vuly has had payment for 7 weeks and we have had grief. My only recommendation is if you like to wait months for goods and chasing people who promise a call back then definitely buy through these guys otherwise, steer clear.
Hopefully VulyPlay can sort their problems out otherwise I am covered by Australian Consumer Law and can get resolution through them if needed.

The boys are loving it – Looks awesome when built with very strong & sturdy frames. Couldn't believe how quick it was to put together (didn't get a chance to crack a beer!). Older kids dream! – My daughters 7yo & 11yo had long grown out of the regular swing and cubby. We really wanted to re ignite the passion of outdoor play! 360 innovation was really appealing and turned out to be the perfect choice! Kids are outside all the time – This swing set is brilliant. I love the quality, style, and variety it provides. It was very easy to put together. My 11 and 6 year olds both love it. My 3 month old also loves having a gentle swing in the yoga swing. I'm looking forward to the baby swing release.
Excellent quality – We purchased this swing set for our son that is on the Autism spectrum. He absolutely loves spinning in the yoga hammock and enjoys relaxing in it when he needs to feel calm. We also purchased the cob web swing which is fun for him to use & allows him to use his social skills to share with his sister. Both attachments are strong and easily interchangeable. The swing set was delivered quickly and in perfect condition.
Older kids are outside on the 360 – The larger higher frame is great for older teens who are outside on the 360 instead of PlayStation. Perfect fit and function – We selected the medium Vuly swing set after a lot of research as a therapy tool for our son with Cerebral Palsy and Sensory Processing Disorder. He practically lives on the Nest Swing and the Yoga swing is fabulous when he needs some even swinging with pressure. We absolutely love this swing. It’s got all the right things for us and we couldn’t be happier
