Had to rethread 1/3rd of the pre-threaded bars. Once together it rocks quite a bit and very unstable. If it wasn’t for Vulys miserable return policy I would have returned it immediately.

Great product - Leave extra time for the shade cover – Great sturdy product, the kids absolutely love it. Extra attachments are awesome. The Quest set took two people a day (about 8 hours) to put together and the shade sale took an entire day also. We ended up having to go to Bunnings to buy longer extendable hooks as there was absolutely no way the ones that were supplied would have ever reached and it still looked buckled. Show reply

Kids ultimate playground – We absolutely love the Vuly brand Had the trampoline for years and just invested in the family size monkey bars. really get hit with all this bad weather we are having. So far the set is holding up to the elements superbly. Even the shade cover has coped with the high winds. The way it is secured it will detach if the wind is strong which then protects it from tearing. Of course when the weather is bad we try and take it off before the storms hit but there been many times this wasn’t possible.

I stumped up for the flying fox, which I thought might be a waste seeing how small it is for the price but my kids love it, they are 4 and 6yo and I’d think for a 10+yo it wouldn’t be as much fun - I’ll get a zip line later.

There is some flex when they are jumping around it and again I wouldn’t want too many adult weight people swinging around on it. We have it pegged in the lawn and that seems adequate but for older kids you may need to secure it better.

Overall I think this is the most useful set in the Vuly range, it does all the swing sets do and more. I have no qualms in recommending it with 5 stars especially as my initial issues were sorted out well so I’m testing easy that customer support is always there if we need it.

I have been extremely disappointed with the product and company. The very expensive playset that we bought came damaged, loud, and missing parts. The company’s warranty is they sent me a can of spray paint to cover up the spots that had rusted after 2 days! Awful experience - Ninja Quest Pro 2 – - Faulty and potentially dangerous product - Difficult assembly - Zero customer service I paid almost $3K for a Ninja Pro Quest 2 just before Xmas. connecting the two sets of monkey bars, but we roped in 2 other people and managed to slot the final tube into the joiner with substantial effort. But we were subsequently unable to connect the shelter - it would not stretch far enough. So we left one tube unbolted in a joiner and another hanging, again waiting for when we could get more people to help. Days later, shockingly, the joiner holding the unbolted tube subsequently snapped. I have a suspicion this was influenced by the heavy rain that followed. Regardless, this load failure raises serious questions over the safety of this product. Yes the tube was not yet bolted in, but the joiner should not be that fragile.

You think Vuly would be alarmed to hear this, but alas they do not care. In fact, I noticed rust on the product within days of installation and contacted Vuly about this right away. It took Vuly almost a month to finally respond, and even then it was an unhelpful request for “more photos”. So I went back with more photos of the rust appearing elsewhere on the product, plus the catastrophic failure I mentioned above. I also forwarded my concerns to the Vuly Reviews email they reflexively hand out on this website. Do you think I got a response? Of course not, and it’s been two weeks.

Watch Vuly scramble in response to this email, apologising to me and asking me to send an email to the same address I’ve already contacted. They’ll then suggest replacing the damaged and rusted parts. But that would be insufficient as I would have to dissemble and reassemble the product. I would only accept a full refund or Vuly organising the replacement of parts and completing assembly at its own cost.

Regardless of whether they do the right thing, save yourself a lot of pain and deal with another company. This one spends a lot on marketing, but has zero customer service and deeply concerning product quality.

I will also be contacting Fair Trading.

Xmas and as of today 7th January still have not received the accessories. The frame was also missing 12 bolts so I still can’t assemble till they arrive with the accessories? My 6 and 8 year old were extremely disappointed as they are still unable to use their Xmas present as parts are missing and half still hasn’t arrived. I have read through all the terms and conditions of their Xmas promo of guaranteed before Xmas and nowhere can I find that is says you will receive some before Xmas and some weeks after Xmas. We have a few family and friends in the same boat who had very disappointed kids on Xmas morning as well. We have since forwarded on complaints to the ACCC for false and misleading advertising with their Xmas promo. Don’t even bother calling up as they are no help at all and couldn’t care less once you have purchased. Wouldn’t consider ever purchasing from vuly again.

The craftsmen ship is average, in my xl small quest pro there are quite a few holes that they rewelded and patched up. It wobbles a bit when my 10 year old is on it but its ok, the welding and patch jobs are just a bit shoddy but otherwise I think its ok Show details

The instructions need to be amended to include sanding down the pipe ends that connect into the 4 way joiners and lubricating with WD40 - the first one I attempted without doing so was extremely tight, and I ended up breaking my mallet trying to get it into place and the holes to align. The powder coating on the ends that sit in the 4 way joiners make it almost impossible to fit into place. If this was included in the most instruction booklet that would’ve saved a lot of grief. For the most part the quality seems good. I do like the shade cloth, the customisation with additional accessories and the design of the frame. My daughter seems to love it too. I think if you have the determination to overcome the arduous construction you are rewarded with a great product with many hours of enjoyment for the kids

Needs better instructions – It has taken a number of days to construct the frame. Instructions are rubbish and you only find the complete set once you open the last box. Parts are also not easily identifiable. We’ve had to improvise to make the shade sail fit and the parts given are not adequate. The sail is not taught and is still very loose. horizontal posts off of the orange bars are different sizes. May have been good to know. If I were to do it again I’d just use paper instructions. Vid is no good. There’s no talking in it for tips etc. for a product this good, you’d think they’d sort well constructed instructions to make it easy. It certainly wasn’t easy. Took about 12 hours to work through the dramas. Advice for anyone getting one, use paper instructions or if you can afford it, pay the $400 to get them to do it. Losing 2 stars for the lack of common sense instructions.

Product is great! But… – But the instructions are absolute rubbish and need a complete overhaul. I’d like to know how many divorces Vuly instructions are responsible for. Vuly quest xl – Instructions were not precise. Inconsistency between internet videos and provided Instructions. Was really difficult to assemble as there are short and long sections when attaching to the end rails which require substantial manoeuvring. Also can't adjust height of monkey bars substantially due to cargo net fitments. Highly quality product but be aware! – The Vuly Quest is a highly quality apparatus and our kids love it. Just be aware of the construction process and allow yourself the time and space. Hours of fun for kids of all ages! – This was purchased as a combined gift for my children, and they spend hours a day playing on it! The accessories have been fantastic, the swings and flying fox were a huge hit! The monkey bars themselves are fantastic! The whole set is big enough to support a number of people playing at once. 9year old is thrilled! – So pleased wth this purchase! Delivery was super quick and even though it took a fair few hours to set up, it has ben well worth it! My daughter loves hanging and swinging around. I am super pleased it comes with the shade cloth to keep her out of the sun. Its a solid structure and i go like the colours - suit most backyards. Best investment I could make to keep my son busy!! – My son loves his Vuly Quest Ninja. Since we bought it, he & our neighbours kids have played on it for hours on end! The only suggestion I would have, is to offer an assembly service as it can be tricky to put together & can take a few hours. Especially as the video & written instructions can be different. Fantastic addition to our back yard. Cant keep our son off it – Very quick delivery time. Instructions can be a little difficult to follow at times, but plenty of pictures to figure it out with. Went together well. Moves a little when a few people on it, but to be expected of something that is bolted together and pegged into the grass. The whole family loves it, it is used everyday.
