A bit unstable - Good Support – I have had both Gen 1 and Gen 2 Tickr X. Both models had to be replaced under warranty. When new they work great, I think the battery door seal is the weak point with issues starting after battery changes with both models. I was super careful with the Gen 2 battery change but still had stability issues after the change and noticed moisture inside. Warranty Support was good and new device sent out without issue.
