Walker Hill

I am writing this review because there have been 2 instances where I have been emailed information meant for another client. These breaches have been dismissed by the firm and I was told that I should "just get over it" and delete the email. I think this is a very poor response to a significant breach of privacy. I have also discovered that the postal addresses on file for myself and this other client are the same. I find this totally alarming as we do not know each other and never have shared an address. Further, I was told that I was no longer a client of the firm, when in fact, I have just had my 23/24 tax return compiled by an accountant at the firm. Again, it means that there is something amiss with the collection and maintenance of my data. My concerns were dismissed and I was treated with ridicule. This has been a most unsettling experience and I would not recommend this firm for these reasons
