notify me straight away front counter, nurses station drs and the imaging centre all have exception customer service, their hot doc app is easy to use to book to my gp extremely impressed

centre – been seen by dr's at Brookvale medic for the time iv been unwell and have to say it has been the best service just a bit of a wait but they are busy..

Drop in visit – Patient of centre, over 10 years. Was told no drop visits today. Next appointment was 6.5hours

60 Day Prescriptions – Went to medical centre for a prescription. GP did not know how to write the script for the new 60 day prescriptions. Went to chemist - script wrong. Went back to medical centre to have corrected. Same GP, new script. Went to Chemist - script wrong again. This new system is to mean less visits to GP !! Went again to medical centre. Another script, see how I go this time
