its quality not cheap crap that will cost you thousands in damages so double check and don't believe easy one cheap plastic made to sell not last.

Deceiving , sent cheaper lookalike product - Buyer Beware – I made a purchase from waterfiltersaustralia.com.au - this was a big mistake. First of all, on my paypal it provides a contact email from "waterfiltersexpress.com.au" which is a website that doesn't even exist (so youll get no reply). redirects you to another website called "watershop.com.au". Its all a big run around to confuse you and make you forget where you actually bought the product from. Anyway, I done research and decided i want to buy the UltraCeram Fluoride filter - and Water Filters Australia had it available in stock - so i purchased from them. When i received the product i actually received a product that looks 99% identical to the UltraCeram (so customers that aren't experienced wont even know the difference) - but it was an 'Omnipure' brand product (it has a sticker with the model number on the filter). Omnipure is a cheaper one, 5 micron rating (vs 1 micron rating for UltraCeram) and other differences (totally different companies). I called them 3 times to try and resolve the issue, they kept asking 'did you buy online or via phone' each time, i had already given them my order number and full name so they can locate my order (but they keep pretending they cant find it - and i believe this is apart of all the confusing receipts and different company names everywhere and the redirects from site to site). At one stage i started thinking maybe im calling the wrong place. But i went back and tracked each movement from paypal to email and worked it all out. Anyway, they eventually put me onto the office manager (it seems like a big company), who magically knew who i was and what my order was. She was trying to imply that i ordered the wrong product. And i had to explain multiple times that on your website you are advertising UltraCeram but you sent me Omnipure. And she kept acting like shes not understanding what i mean, and kept responding with "there is only 1 fluoride filter, we sent it to you, isnt that what you wanted". And i said i want the product that i purchased, the one you advertised, and she said "its the same thing" - and when i replied "no theyre not" she was very rude. I explained that there are many brands that make fluoride filters, there isn't just one fluoride filter - the filter i purchased from your website is not the filter that i received, and i found your website only because i searched for that specific brand and model of filter - and youre website was advertising it for sale. They are very deceiving and have a 'careless' attitude, offered no remedy, no solution, just that 'we sent you what you ordered'. After that, i checked their website and they dont even advertise any 'omnipure fluoride filter' - for fluoride they only have the UltraCeram brand, so it wasn't even a human error or packing error. So it looks like theyre advertising a more expensive product but then sending you the cheaper lookalike instead to maximize their profits. Very deceiving company - as i said, all the people i spoke to including the office manger, were acting like they didnt know what i was talking about (like someone trying to explain computer terms to an elderly that hasnt used a computer before). I think its all apart of their program - because the office manager surely has to know the brands that the company is selling - and not act like shes never heard of 'UltraCeram' before. I will be doing a paypal claim now.

5 Stars for Customer Service – I went with the Reverse Osmosis 4 Stage Undersink (Premium). Due to certain issues with the product, a leak was noted. Generally these sort of claims turn ugly and often take months to close out. Water Filters Australia was very prompt in getting their insurance involved to ensure this concern was addressed in the quickest/painless way possible. Thank you very much.
