Disappointed – We ordered two Ultra Knee braces at the beginning of February. On their website the company appears to be located in the USA and Toronto, Canada, however we now find that the product is shipped from China. replied, but still no tracking number, however they assured me the product had been despatched on 16 February and would be with me last week. After another email to them, I have now received a tracking number which informs me that the product has only now left their depot (in China). These braces weren’t cheap, and after all the runaround we’ve had I haven’t much confidence in their product. I believe they should advertise that their products are made and shipped from China.
