[Name Removed] was engaged to rebuild my website for and agreed price, unfortunately my experience has been challenging due to ongoing communication issues and delay in delivering what was discussed there appears to have been confusion around the scope of work including changes that have been made without prior clarification and request for additional work that I did not believe were agreed upon , I provided materials to assist with the progress, however this did not resolve the issue during the process [Name Removed] advised via email that he would not be completing any further work as a result the project remains incomplete and I have not received a final product in line with what was agreed upon 12/02/2026 at this stage I do not feel the outcome reflects the original agreement and I have sought external advice to assist in resolving the matter to move forward while the pricing initially seemed reasonable the overall experience has been disappointing
Great price, great quality and great to deal with – We were after a website for our business, and we were possibly the most difficult customers that Paul has had to deal with, we really had no idea what we wanted, but right from start to finish he was always patient, polite, helpful and great to deal with, the prices were great and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.
