This company insisted on debiting my account fir a yearly subscription even though I never had a chance to use their product and had issues linking a domain name. I sent them a support ticket moments after I purchased their pro pack in November 2024 Your site won't open in ANY browser via laptop - see screenshot attached All trouble shooting… Read more

My site isn't linked yet
Check sequence of screenshots for dns change in godaddy and tell me if there is anything else I need to do or if I did it incorrect.
And received no support on this whatsoever
Steer Clear from Webador they are only interested in your money and will automatically debit your account even when you have not had any success with using their products or services...which they clearly would know about!!
It is pathetic how they think they can get away with stealing money as a result of chatting in a polite and dismissive nature!!
Here is a copy of the thread requesting they cease debiting my account and remove me from their system for all reasons mentioned in this review so far...
[03/11, 9:37 pm] Webador: Hi Troy, Thank you for your reply. This payment in regard to your website subscription you have set up with Webador called Poochscoop. This was the renewal for this site. If there's anything else I can help with, please let me know. [03/11, 10:16 pm] Tj: Yes...unsubscribe me, refund me and dont bill me for anything else...you can clearly see it has not been active since paying for it...so billing me for something not in use is unethical and bad business [04/11, 1:11 am] Webador: Hi TJ, Thank you for your reply. A refund is not possible for a renewal on a subscription. There is a one-month cancellation period required. For the subscription to not renew, this would have needed to be cancelled before the 30th September 2025. The invoice is valid. I have cancelled the subscription as of today and it will expire on the 31st october 2026. If there's anything else I can help with, please let me know. [04/11, 1:32 am] Tj: Thats nonsense...and you know it...this thread is going to go viral...people need to know about how you insist on stealing money from people who arent even using your products or services...
