WOW, I am in absolute shock and feel so sick on finding out what was happening at this medical centre we went to for 43yrs! Now I know why every Dr at a major hospital was telling me for over 2yrs to leave that medical centre and Dr and find a new one…and then when I finally spoke to management they appeared shocked etc…what a fool was I? How long did they think they would keep this “secret “?? I now intend to investigate my options for NON TREATMENT which resulted in me spending over 5mths in hospital?? Stay tuned BUT PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CENTRE!!! It isn’t worth the risk and the LIES you will be told…
Follow-up · I have NOT returned to that surgery and NEVER WOULD! It makes me sick just thinking about what was happening behind the closed doors of a Dr…someone you should be able to go to and trust and feel safe…and this DEFINITELY WAS NOT THE CASE HERE. As I have said we had been going there 44yrs , we were wondering what was going on as all the beautiful caring receptionists left one by one and there was a definite change in our care. For over 2yrs I had been seeing my dr(female and owner) with chronic knee pain…every single time I went to hospital I was told not to return to that Dr and practice,from emergency to the wards. Yet I continued to stand up for her,what a fool I feel! When I bought it up with her she just laughed and said oh that’s hospital drs! Due to the lack of care over a 2yr period I nearly lost my left leg needing a total knee replacement. But the real horror was what was going on behind the scenes! When I eventually found out the practice manager said to me “ oh those claims are not substantiated as yet” !! Well it made ch 2 news and it all makes sense now! So so SICK SICK .
