This quite good. Looking forward to continuing to trial it, and I imagine it will keep becoming more & more helpful – Initially I found it hard to exhale, & felt some Resistance inhaling as well. Easy to use – After trying this product for the last 6 weeks, both myself and my son have found it help to clear the airways. have progressed to the 2nd resistance setting now though. It is a nice looking device and nice and easy to store. I would definately recommend this product to other people who could benefit from using it.

Interesting product – tried this with my son and I. My son cough and sniff often all the time and he is not sick. Just have troubles clearing his nose and throat. First time was interesting. for him and myself. Had to teach him to breath properly. After a few times, he seems to have less coughing and sniffing. That is a great positive for me. I have a few goes myself. Didn't want to adjust to another level as he is just 7 years old. But a great product that helps him and will no doubt be using as part of our daily routine after breakfast and before he goes to bed.

WellO2 has continued to help my lungs to breathe much deeper and added a lot of energy into my weekly routine especially daily exercises and walks around the Botanical Gardens. I also have a travel WellO2 carry bag which I have now used twice on interstate flights, and is a fixed item with my hand-luggage wherever I go. The travel bag is a simple light and easy to carry piece. Overall energy levels during all physical activities have been awesome and I now always seem to have more energy to go that extra mile. My friends and partner have noticed the increase in my happiness as I can now enjoy my lifestyle even more. Outdoors during summer used to be a challenge as pollen used to affect me a great deal but ever since using the WellO2, I don't even notice the pollen. Basically, I now have a better quality of life. My next challenge is to increase the breathing resistance to level 2. Thank you WellO2 for making a difference.

helped me at the time was breathing in saline vapour, which seemed to open up my airways and loosen the congestion and mucus in my lungs. The WellO2 is quite different because you are breathing against resistance, which makes it somewhat uncomfortable at first. I feel I was making progress and using was becoming easier until I was recently forced to pause on account of some unexpected major dental work. I wonder if the WellO2 could be recommended to patients, especially those of us who are older, who are contemplating surgery under general anaesthetic? As lung capacity and condition is always something the doctors investigate.
A really 'different' worthwhile experience – I have been trialling the Wello 2 for over a month now and am pleasantly surprised at the improvement to my overall lung capacity and especially the improvement to my raspy 'morning' voice, persistent cough and catarrh. a day, as then I only need to wash it once. I increased the heat setting about a week ago and could feel that the air/steam was warmer. I also use the elongated tube to breath in the steam as I had to bend forward too much to use the nozzle attachment. The warming sensation as you breathe in the steam is quite comforting.
My son who runs at least 3 times weekly and gets seasonal asthma has started using it too and has felt a difference straight away.
Like some of the other users , I found it hard to disassemble the internal basket for cleaning at first but this has eased with use. I hate wasting the water after each use so I have started recycling it on my lawn when it cools. The unit looks and feels like a kettle but of course it has all the internals and safety guards which turn it into a medical device . It comes with quite detailed instructions but when I have contacted the company on a couple of occasions, their feedback has been quick, efficient and friendly! I have no problem recommending the Wello2 to prospective users. It really does make a difference to your breathing and hopefully long term wellness.

Good to clear up your lungs – This product certainly helps to clear up my airways which leads to a more restful sleep. I think that the practice of training your breathing is also very relaxing and good for you.

cough less but still heavy chested though the heaviness starts higher up in my lungs. Six weeks will not undo 18 years of this condition. I think will keep going for longer and not worry if I forget a day here or there.I’d like to make it one of my health regimes. Thank you to my two chiros. One who suggested the other who gifted.
Very very helpful – WellO2 really helps me with my blocked nose as I have sinus allergies. Perfect product. During Spring it helps to clear out all the hay fever symptoms. I definitely recommend this product.

A great device for the lungs and hay fever – I have struggled with hay fever most of my life and when i feel any symptoms i just put the nose piece on and spend 5 mins every few hours breathing stem through my nose and my sinus seems to clear up alot quicker then anything else i have ever used. Recovering from pneumonia damage – I cannot recommend this product more highly. My lungs are damaged badly from a bout of pneumonia and hooping cough two years ago. I have struggled to walk to the mail box and back without struggling to breath. In the last six months that I have been using WellO2 I am breathing a lot better and have even started swimming again. after 3:00am so longer, deeper sleeps. I am experiencing a few nasal bleeds which I checked out with my GP. He said my sinuses were drying out during the night which surprises me with moisture getting into my sinus cavity during the exercise sessions. I do my breathing exercises faithfully twice a day. Ambivalent about this product! – The set-up a little complicated. Machine took up a to much room. Its use twice a day was inconvenient. Was of little help to my breathing. Unsure of its hygiene.
Great and simple unit to use – I starting using the unit thinking it might or might not work but within 7 days i could see that something was changing for me the ability to get longer straight through sleeps at night's . WellO2 has made a difference – I have used this product for the last few weeks. I have mostly used the nose piece. I have a very runny / blocked nose when I sleep, and usually wake up to blow my nose during the night, and by the morning I am always very congested. Using WellO2 has definitely made a difference.
