you start to 'cycle' through what you've read before. But so far as 'positives' for the app... "that's it"... it all ends here.

The UI (user interface) and UX (user experience) are both a MAJOR let down. I'm left scratching my head, wondering what they were thinking when they designed the layout of this app?... I think it's terrible. Scrolling through the information, I can't tell where one day ends and another begins... (without really looking hard.)

Not only that, it's full of inane 'advice' - "Try meditating"... ("oh gee, thanks! I never thought of that").... and useless graphs that mean nothing, and are difficult to interpret and interrogate... (tiny little readouts, that scroll through different colours... reflecting your bpm heart-rate). And I'm on an iPhone 12 MAX pro. (large screen).

Overall, I find this app totally USELESS.... except for the nice little heart-rate measuring device.

Definitely NOT good value for the yearly subscription I was enticed to pay, because of the discount offer... I won't be 'going around' again next year.

I hereby re-name this app to: Worthless.... tory....
