Western Radiology

I booked in for a MRI and sent the referral. Someone later called to confirm. Then I received a call on the day of the appointment to say that based on the referral form they were unable to do that type of MRI and I had to go to PRC. Why was this not picked up when I booked in? I took a day off work for this appointment? Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

Kids not bulked billed although the doctor written down bulk bill in the referral letter.

Also you have to once you are done with your X-ray or whatever you again have to wait in the queue just to drop off the referral that the technician given back to you.

MRI experience – Would not recommend this Canningvale branch of western radiology to anyone as mu experience was very disappointing. The receptionists are unprofessional rude and unpleasant. One of them was even rolling her eyes at me over some cost issue. Extremely disappointed. I wish I'd known prior to coming here as to how rude this practice is. Never going back...

Plain Rude – Very rude on the phone, a young person yelling at me on the phone then hung up, having a bad day? don’t take it out on me, all coz I asked to speak to someone from the Canning Vale clinic, bizarre behavior, this girl needs anger management, shouldn’t be in contact with customers

Highly recommend – I have been to western radiology in Mandurah for X ray ultrasound and cortisone injection. I have found all the staff have a wonderful manner about them. Very reassuring and professional. Highly recommend

Service and friendliness – ALL the people I dealt with at Clarkson were super friendly and made me feel comfortable. The receptionists were very welcoming….. very important to me. Thanks for a great experience, highly recommend.

Top Service – My Husband had to attend Mandurah Western Radiology this morning, Wow! Top treatment. Right from when we arrived at reception, The Lady whose name I have forgotten greeted us with a cheery hello and smile. We then were called into the room by Clare who did my Husband's ultra sound. Lovely kind lady. thank you for a memorable experience, good work Ladies. Highly recommend

Hello... Anyone home? – Paid 300 bucks for a brain MRI. Report never received by the referring doctor. Doctor's multiple attempts to contact WR drew a blank. Likewise mine. face turns out. But i suspect there might be a For Lease sign on the premises. btw, they don't do Medicare rebates on MRI. Medicare hasn't approved them. Wonder why Maybe they'll read this review and contact me.
