print quality everyday and I need to clean the cartridges at least once sometimes twice/three times to get a uniform print. This uses extra ink from both the black and colour cartridges so any benefits of a cheaper price are gone. (The colour cartridge is genuine so this may contribute to the problem but that is not helpful to me when i don't need to replace the colour cartridge yet.) I will not be buying these cartridges again. There is nothing wrong with my printer heads or any other printer hardware. Probably the problem is that the manufacturers don't want you to use anything other genuine ink so my negative review is not against this company as they were very helpful.

'never get unofficial ink because it destroys print heads', and how hard it is to get reliable quality 'non-official' ink, compounded by the increasing measures by printer manufacturers to chip-lock their cartridges once near-empty so you cannot refill them, to refuse to recognise unofficial brand ink, and just generally be anti-competitive while monopolising a money-printing machine with official brand ink costing over $5000/litre. I discovered the primary reason ink jet print heads clog - simply from disuse, coupled with excessive ink discharge and drying in the print head rest bay during each 'cleaning cycle' the printer insists on doing at every warm up. (That's also the primary reason a brand new 'standard capacity' cartridge goes down to half-full almost immediately after the print test after cartridge swap.) My wholesale toner ink has worked fine for years in the Epson Artisan 730, but after not using it for several months, the heads finally said no more, so I got a Fuji Xerox Colour LaserJet and have never looked back. When the toner runs out, I'll be getting more from Wholesale toners for sure.

different compatible inks not working together. Don't get me wrong, I have had many deliveries from them, and only twice has there been an issue, at which they bend over backwards to help fix. I cannot recommend them enough!

Not complaining just a suggestion – My 526 Plus Pack arrived today and was very pleased with the cartridges. I was a bit disappointed that a Grey cartridge was not included. I thought one of the 525 Black cartridges could have been replaced with Grey.

Always Good Service – We live in a remote area and deliveries from Wholesale Toner have always been good. Have used both genuine and non genuine canon cartridges. I think the genuine cartridges probably help with the life of the printers, but can cost nearly as much as the printer - always a dilema.

New Website – Problems with new website: 1. I could not edit both billing address & delivery address without retyping both when I only wanted to alter apartment number - messy 2. Had to go looking on how to allow cookies - most sites just ask you to click. I did not know how to do this so it took me so long to put credit card info in.
