Placed an order. All items arrived except for one. Status of the item was listed as ready to ship over a week prior yet was never dispatched. going to arrive in time and I had to source the product elsewhere. Requested to cancel the item from the order. She refused to cancel the order, wanted me to return it following delivery. I requested the issue be escalated to her manager. Refused, and wanted to raise a ticket with their NSW branch which was not going to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Wasted 10mins getting absolutely nowhere. Item should have been cancelled for a refund or credit without issue given the issue was clearly on their end.
What awful customer service ?? – If you could leave 0 stars I would ! Their “customer service” is totally non existent and absolutely horrendous. They are terrible to deal with, and do not resolve any issues or customer problems Would never recommend anyone using them, just astounding the delivery and customer service is so bad in 2025. Great product offering and fast shipping – I buy a few items for my business from these guys and have been impressed with the fast turn around time of my orders. I also get some bulky items shipped to regional WA at a respectable shipping rate. I will buy all my packaging requirements here moving forward.
Product I wanted – I had already decided on the L'or coffee machine. Price incl milk frother so it was cheaper than going direct to L'or for this machine. Also incl a capsule holder and 40 coffee capsules!! My amazement was in delivery. A few hours after I placed my order I was met with an 'Order Cancelled' email.
I got in contact with a lovely CS agent who tried to help me, but her ability was limited since I needed to contact the Security and Fraud department. She couldn't tell me why, other than my order had been cancelled due to their department and if I wanted it re-instated I would have to talk to them. She attempted to transfer me, but after half an hour she was the one who picked up again and apologized, took down a bunch of my information and said Security/Fraud would get in touch with me as soon as possible to rectify the matter and get my chair sent out.
Now, here I am Friday, end of week, sitting in a kitchen chair when I should have had a new office chair. Instead, I still have a $700 hold on my credit card that has stopped me from being able to purchase a chair elsewhere, and I haven't heard a single word from their fraud department about it.
This isn't the first issue I've had with them either. I had a high end chair repaired under warranty a few years ago and it took literal months, with sparse contact that often took weeks between me reaching out and them getting back to me.
I won't be shopping with them again. They appear to be a legitimate business, but I have had so many issues with them now that I question the legitimate part.

Customer service not helpful and no help in getting order quicker – Message as order was going to be after son started school. Told order would get escalated. After 48 house no case was ever created for order. My son is beside himself with anxiety that he won't have his books and everything in time for school. No one is helping to get the order quicker.

Do not buy from Winc – Almost 7 months to complete a refund. In my opinion their refund process, or lack thereof, is deliberately designed to subvert Australian Consumer Law and maximise the stress imposed on the customer as well as the time required by the customer to continually chase them to have any action taken. A month to process school books! – Winc just don’t give a damn. Waiting on school books and they advise a month to process. That’s 30 days!! When I contacted them they said they sent a message to their warehouse. After a week, no response, no followup. Then they said I could wait or cancel the order. Ordered $600 product and never received it – I ordered two headsets valued at $600 over a month ago. Tracking says it has never left their warehouse. I have tried numerous times to get my money back and every time I do they come up with a new excuse. First it was 5-7 days, then when the 8th day came around it's now 7-10 days. They are a SCAM. I have reported this company to ACCC. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely Terrible do not order – Winc has done nothing but stuff me sound since the end of January, the boxes arrived smashed and broken all the school books were ripped and broken. they screwed everything on pack only got tissues that were broken and paper the other had 5 items which were missing how the hell does that happen. I was asked to send everything back so I can get a refund yet I am still waiting no matter how many times I call and email. there. I ordered on the 15th Jan 2022 and although they kept sending me emails the delivery date got longer and longer and I still have no masks???? Supposed to arrive today 24th Feb 2022!
3/ Clearly why take a customers money and tell a customer you have stock when you clearly don't? All you do is antagonise the customer and make them want to never deal with your company again!
4/ I've purchased same masks from N.Z. and received them Air Freight (no extra cost in 4 days)!
5/ Seeing they dispatched the masks on 15th Feb 9 days ago they must be still stuck on the Nullabor somewhere? At the price they charge they can afford to send them Air Freight particularly as they have made me the customer wait so long in the first place.
In summary WINC the company is the worst I've dealt with on the internet and I'll never purchase from them again.

They recovered my items but only because I wasted my life following up. What's worse is I am still waiting for one more item which was delayed until Feb 2nd. It is now Feb 9th and nothing. I have no time to follow up anymore. I have asked for a refund, they have not responded... bottom line if you value your sanity choose another option for your supplies. My daughter went days at school without any supplies or books. I moved from the US and very time poor, I need and am very much accustomed to online shopping.. so I went with Winc... what a mistake. I really miss the common sense and customer service of companies like Amazon.

The worst school supplies business I have used – For 2 years I have ordered through winc. Both times service was dismal. The kids digital books were delayed and didn’t appear in the app. The helpline was terrible, on hold for so long I had to hang up and go to work. Still waiting for the kids stationary more than 5 weeks after ordering. I will never use this business again to order my kids school supplies.
