1 Rob  · On a few occasions this company has delivered wine that I never authorised, tantamount to theft.
1 Paul M.  · Stop calling me , worst company ever , pure Harrassement. I have asked every call. Upto 5 times a day , every day
1 Carol  · A year later and I’m being called again multiple times a day.
1 Viola  · I wish I knew what spammers they were .. Absolutely disgusting. The amount of times I've blocked their number and I'm on a do not call register.. never again
1 Alana  · Harassment beyond comprehension, cannot shake them off, it's been years. I've begged to be removed, its a scam. Please be warned.
1 B G.  · I've tried blocking numbers, being nice, being rude... they are a menace. I get 2 or 3 calls from them a day from different numbers. Absolute disgrace.

This group is a scam. It also goes by the name of Wine Vault. Their sales force is pushed into selling. Once a sale is made and payment is received they do not want to know you. They should be stopped from trading in Australia. I am intending of… Read more

taking up the matter with Consumer Affairs as a social service to others for them to fall into their trap. If others who have had similar experience also take up the matter with Consumer Affairs it will help the cause.

Follow-up  · Like in my review, another sales person did the call and was advised to see the reviews before calling the reviewer. I would pay a bit more at a wine store for a wine that I get to taste than to go with a brand not known to me and promises made by sales person. Thus no further business with Wine Vault

The initial service and products are great. However, once you have made an order they relentlessly call you using up to 5 different numbers to get you to purchase more of their products. Essentially they spam you. Sometimes on a daily basis. Do not buy anything from them. If you have fallen victim to them use the app “simple call blocker” to stop them.

Andrea B.

They also call from a landline. Use the same app to block them. They use over 100 phone numbers. I wish i never used their services over a year ago.

They are complete and total nuisances. Will call every day sometimes more than once from different numbers. You can't get off their lists and half the time it's AI you are talking to. If you look at the image there are some where I've called them back to check and you get nothing, goes through and hangs up automatically. And if you think, there's… Read more

a gap of a few months last year there isn't, I just went through a phase of blocking them, before going back to labelling them all 'Annoying wine club' in notes, so I have a record of their harassment.

Immoral Thieves. Won’t refund for rotten wine. Constant harassment. Sold me this wine. It is corked, the corks have dried out and the wine is rotten, disgusting. They called to try to sell me more wine. Told them I will not buy more until I get a refund on the bad wine. Was told they were aware it was bad but as I had given 2 bottles away and… Read more

opened 1, I can’t get a refund even for the remaining unopened bottles. This company is dishonest, immoral, and should be shut down. The parties I gave the wine to confirmed how disgusting it was.

Bullies, liars and thieves who use ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. *** Report them to ACCC , NSW Fair Trading , ACMA!! *** – These people need to be stopped by legal professionals. Bought 2 cases of sparkling wine. Undrinkable. Asked for refund. Assured that would happen and as a gesture, offered to replace with something else. Paid for replacement on basis original would be collected and refunded promptly. Have received 10 cases of unwanted wine since then over 4… Read more

weeks. Most recently, my credit card was charged over 2 days with 3 more transactions WITHOUT AUTHORISATION. Receive phone calls at work, home, at night, but not to arrange my return and refund, only to sell more wine!!!

The company does not respond to written requests or complaints with regard to return and refund of unwanted wine.

I have asked in writing and verbally on 5-10 occasions, to take back and refund all wine - it was that reason I bought the first 2 cases, convinced by aggressive salesman that under the policy on their website - if I didn’t like it, it was 100% money back guarantee.

When they call to sell you more wine (!), they are ‘unable’ to provide the name, number or email address of the people who process refunds and returns. They tell you that you should have received an email earlier, or yesterday. More lies.

I started to record my phone interactions with them for more evidence of their harassment and lies for my submission to authorities about their practices. If they hear the announcement of the call being recorded they hang up immediately.

In summary: THESE PEOPLE LIE BULLY AND STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS. * Credit card charged without authority. * refund claims not responded to * requests to be taken off their marketing list ignored * no responses in writing * lies and excuses from sales people about status of refund and return of unwanted wine

aggressive sales – Addressed and delivered wine to wrong address, despite getting my business via an unsolicited call to private number after work hours, and after aggresive sales by two people who wouldnt accept I was clearly busy with a baby when I tried to end call politely several times. Hard upsell to breastfeeding mother offering 3 cases..... take a hint!!!

after being badgered for ages and the price getting lower and lower I bought a case of merlot for $109, free delivery. I didnt realise I was talking to a robot when they passed me onto a human who took my credit card details etc. As I was going away in 10 days and didnt think the delivery to country NSW would arrive in time, I asked if the… Read more

delivery could be delayed by three weeks. After three weeks there is still no wine. I got a call this morning from James who was definitely a robot as he avoided all questions. Their website wont load and the number from which I was called 2 months ago wont take a recorded message. DEFINETLY a scam.

Last year I was cajoled or pressured into buying a carton for $109. They did no address check and dispatched the wine to an address I had 9 year’s previously. Told of the mistake they dispatched a carton to my correct address AND charged an additional $109. The delivery was completely different from the order, being Yarra Valley Merlot instead of… Read more

Barossa Shiraz. They picked up the wrong carton and delivered a purported Barossa Shiraz- label states wine of Australia. Eventually after many emails and phone calls I was refunded the additional charge. From then on regular offers on iPhone which I routinely discarded having resolved never to deal with them again. Then, on Saturday 28 .06.25 I received text from Australia Post advising of future delivery and, on checking bank details, find an unauthorised withdrawal of $218 . Wine arrived 30.06 .25- one carton, that is $18+ per bottle. No idea what it is. All attempted contacts at any of the numbers listed for Wine Concierge Club, The Wine Vault, Wholesale Vintners are unsuccessful as the listed numbers are not recognised. They are either a joke or a scam - don’t ever do business with them!!

SCAM!! Bought a case of awful sparkling over 7 years ago and cannot get off their call list and I request it EVERYTIME. I block all the numbers they call from but different ones keep calling. It’ll go quiet for a month or two but now three this week. And Tom the AI version calls too. I feel trolled.

Lead me to believe i was getting an award winning wine at half its retail value. I ordered a case and have been receiving photos calls non stop trying to get me to purchase more even though I have asked to be take off the call list and complianted about the false and misleading sale. Will never order again.

I've now reported them to ACMA. You cannot unsubscribe on their website. You cannot unsubscribe if you return their call as their 'inbox' is full. And I sent an email to support@wineconciergeclub.com.au and the reply came from support@thewinevault.zendesk.com. I have recorded all their calls now.

Oh my God - they've started calling me again! I've insisted they take me off their database and despite their promises to do so - many many times - I've just had another call. The guy was insisting they had changed and were now 'a much better business ' but he would NOT take no for an answer. They are just getting worse. I'm reporting them. The privacy act states No means No.

I have been harassed with often 3 phone calls a day since I purchased from them. I have repeatedly asked to be taking completely off their database and the telemarketer agrees that they will organise that and then nothing happens and I keep getting infuriating calls at all hours of the day and night.

Keep calling despite multiple times being told to remove my number. Tactics have changed, initially just trying to sell my “favourite wine”, now they comment that my order (never made one) must have been great & would I like to order again.

This is likely a scam. This person called Tomy knows nothing other than saying about promotions of wine. I placed the order for two cases last week and they promised the delivery within 2 to 5 days. It has been 7 days. So I called about 10 times today. This person hangs up on me. Be careful those who will be approached by this person for wine sales saying a case is $266 and he can give it to you for $119 due to the ongoing sales.

Getting calls from multiple different phone numbers (NSW and scum-torian numbers) from this "wine club" It's always "Tom" and it's always the same recorded message, he apparently "can't hear me" so he has to hang up, of course you can't hear me Tom, it's a pre recorded message

Absolutely disgraceful. My elderly aunt, well into her 80s, has repeatedly told Wine.com.au/Wine Concierge Club-Service/Wholesale Vintners Pty Ltd over the phone that she does not want any wine. Despite this, they continue to send her wine she hasn’t ordered and charge her significant sums on her credit card. This is nothing short of elder… Read more

abuse—preying on a vulnerable person who has made it abundantly clear that she does not want their products. She is distressed, yet Wine.com.au refuses to listen, stop deliveries, or refund the charges.

This kind of behavior is the mark of a scam company with no ethics or morality. They should be ashamed. Avoid at all costs, and warn your elderly relatives to steer clear. Dreadful. Steer well clear.
