At first I was struggling to sort it out, but once everything was sorted out and the lady over the phone pointed me in the right direction then waited and wasn't expecting it to be approved. I was actually in shock.

These guys provide the worst financial service in the country by a mile. Their application process is horrible taking longer than a day, they ask the same questions over and over again and to make it even worse their entire customer service team are based overseas. Avoid at all costs

Be careful this is a scam. Wizit promises big dreams and easy money but in truth they only collect your personal information your ID, your license, your bank details, your Medicare. They also take your bank account information—they go into your bank account details. They ask for over 100 points of ID and still reject you for a small amount—just… Read more

$1,000—for no reason at all. Once they have your info, you are not safe. They lie about the payout. This is a scam. Do not trust them.

Not everyone has or can get a driver's license. You disqualify ALL blind people who never plan to travel overseas because of your open discrimination.

Hardly works since some kind of "update" – WizPay contacted me some time ago offering their service for my business. It went smoothly until they did an "update" recently. I have now lost THOUSANDS of dollars due to "failed", "pending" and "cancelled" orders. ALL this new WIZIT thing. All other payment gateways are having no issues. To top this off, the WIZIT people don't bother to return… Read more

emails or answer any questions.

I don't recommend this payment gateway if you want successful orders.

I found the application process quite simple & straight forward. The team will text you with any questions rather than call. Which some people will find convenient, as I did. Approval was quick. To be honest, I’m in the financially vulnerable… Read more

category after long term struggles with DV. So I only applied for a few hundred dollars. Well they approved me for a $500 credit card and a $700 power up which is what you can add to your card if you need it. I haven’t spent it all. Am keeping that for emergency if needed.

I find their repayment process quite confusing. For one, you have to make two seperate payments on your account. They still charge monthly fees, not huge. And those need to be paid seperately for the card & the power up. I was just sending money to one as I didn’t realise this. And that’s obviously why they were calling me upwards of 12 times a day.

For weeks I was getting calls from a few weird numbers. With so many spam callers you cannot be too careful so I ran the numbers through the various reverse call websites and all came back as spam callers so I ignored. But they continued to call. I’d received no emails. No texts. So was none the wiser. Til one day my violent ex gets in touch with me to say he’s been contacted by someone from Wizit over an unpaid account. This man has an AVO against him & ordered to stay away from me and Wizit put him in touch with me. I did not provide his information on the application.

I rang them and asked them what the hell is going on. I was told I never answer my phone so they had to find another way to contact me. I said : well there’s a text (like they have in the application process)? An email? Why’d you contact anyone other than me?? This woman laughed it off “ohh sorry about that BUT you didn’t list a next of kin on your account”. Now I have trawled through every aspect of my account information & nowhere does it say anything about updating next of kin information. I am furious.

Another thing you should know is the only way you can pay this account is direct debit. And you are not allowed to pay more than the minimum fortnightly contract amount. I simply tried to pay the few hundred dollars I had used off in one go. They would not allow it. I tried to call and pay extra on my account. They would not allow it. They want you to be stuck with this thing for 3 years. It’s so frustrating having no other means to pay this as I’m a budgeter and like to pay bits off my bills weekly. And the direct debit date never falls on my pay day so I get harassing texts and phone calls for days til the payment reflects on their system. Not to mention, when you hit “pay now” in the app to resend the direct debit it does not come out straight away. It takes about a week so the calls & rude text messages from staff continue til it shows on their system.

It’s so stressful. And when I’ve put in a complaint about the utter harassment being put on customers, you’re told it simply cannot stop while your account is in arrears! My account is only in arrears right now coz it takes your system a week to take the payment out!!!

Honestly if you like your sanity, avoid this business.

Follow-up  · Well, the company’s terrible reputation remains intact. 2 months later and I finally hear back from a man in the complaints department who disregarded all my concerns & said that they are well within their rights to contact whoever they like if they’ve made reasonable attempts to contact me and had no luck. He could not/did not answer back when I… Read more

MISLEADING advertising. It promotes itself as a zero-interest credit card, but it effectively costs $228 a year, which means you pay 23% interest on a balance of $1,000. However, for people using it less, with an average balance of $500, the interest rate equals 46%! This makes it the most expensive credit card one can ever fall for. Stay away,… Read more

As far as applying for a product goes, this was quite straightforward & simple. Though I found the texting from the applications team regarding the need for more information a bit unprofessional. The repayment process for this company is the strangest I’ve ever come across in this day & age. They just want you paying the fortnightly minimum.… Read more

They don’t like you paying more because they want you to pay it off for the period in which they want you to: 3 years. I don’t want to wait 3 years to pay off $1200 so I’ve been paying more and I’ve noticed that the monthly fees have been higher since I’ve been doing this so any extra I pay is gobbled up that way rather than being reflected in my account.

Every second fortnight, the payments are not coming out of my bank account despite the fact that the funds have been sitting and waiting for days before the payment is due. I then log onto the app & the app is telling me “you’re late, mate!” And my account balance has disappeared and my card on hold!!! This is why I believe this company are scammers. I’ve then been charged a late fee because of this. I am not late. This can’t be a coincidence that it’s only happening literally every second fortnight. It’s happened 6 times now. And when I’ve reached out to Wizit I get no response.

Also should note that when you are forced to put the payment through manually (using the app) it then takes about 4-5 days for them to take the payment from your bank account and then another 4-5 days for it to reflect on your Wizit card.

I think it’s time to report to the ombudsman for an investigation.

If you can avoid this company, I suggest you do. They’re harassing customers to the point of anxiety because their system isn’t taking money from their bank account, even going as far as ringing long lost family members yet I heard nothing from them. The phone number they tried to call me ONCE from was listed on reverse Australia 15 times as scammers.

They’ve definitely got some dodgy practices happening. Avoid!

The approval process was incredibly fast, easy and efficient I was very impressed. However the available payment options for repayments is so frustratigly limited and restrictive. The repayments also take 3 days to be processed after you make them in which time the account becomes overdue but this remains the only payment method option available.

I found Wizit to be very good but paying it takes to long? In other words when a payment is made sometimes 2/3 days before it shows on card!! Way to slow in this day and age!! Otherwise it’s great .. Balance is to low to 500 to a thousand !! No problem otherwise . Easy to get…

The initial credit far too low and poor service, your pushed into applying for their boost which attracts over 30% interest. And the payment system doesn’t allow you to add extra funds to your credit which is poor.

Very disappointed with Wizit, was unable to upload my bank statements due to my bank not allowing me to due to security concerns. Wizit did not want to help me any further to find a solution. Never come across a company like this!

Took almost a week for them to decline my application They don't care about credit score, i reckon they look at how much you default or have late payments, i have zero and a rating over 800 Same afternoon, i applied for comm-bank card and was approved for MUCH more then the $1000 they offer. Don't not use them unless you want a spot on your credit file for declined applications rubbish company

So when you make a payment, Wizit hold the money for up to a week before its reflected in your balance. Their disclaimer is that "your bank MAY take up to 3 business days to process the payment" this isnt true, it comes straight from your bank and sits with Wizit's bank for a week. E.g i made a large payment in 5 jun at 5am i rang on 6 jun and… Read more

they said the funds wouldnt be processed until 11 jun as their bank was clearing (read investing) the payment. So if you wanted a service of smooth payments to use the card on, dont go with these guys!!! They live in 1985 where the payments need to be mailed in.

Update, the customer service operator said sorry theres nothing we can do, i'll pass on your thoughts to management. (Sure)

Seems like some kind of data mining operation. Applied and put everything in on the app. Someone calls and asks me to verify the usual stuff like DOB and address. Then asked for drivers licence, expiry and card number, the. Passport and expiry despite both of these being provided during the application, then asked for photos of the documents and… Read more

selfies holding the documents. Then asked for physical bank statements despite linking my bank, then asked for 3 years of tax returns.

It seems that they thought I was a different person despite the fact that everything was uploaded and I'd documents confirmed at the time of application.

For a company that advertises hassle free applications this was far from that. Have since gone elsewhere and got approved in 12 hours.

Wizit’s application process was very straightforward and easy. They offer a credit card (Wizit card), a bnpl (Wizit pay) and a larger redraw loan (power up) The credit assessment team that dealt with my application were very polite and helpful, they made the whole process stress free. I was approved within 1 week. Monthly payment is seamless, they deduct it straight from my account! Great service, easy to use app and awesome products!

Unsatisfied – Application was easy. Sounded very promising. Then declined. No reason. Would of been a consolidation paying less than i pay now and havent missed anypayments in the last 12 months so. Just so can reapply in 30 days. But if you don't know why declined how can you make it better for next time.

Worst company avoid them they are scammers – Worst companies to work with for a loan they make a payment plan and they take the money that was planned and then say oh no you didn’t pay it provide proof from bank and they say it’s not correct, took them 2 months to find out that it was an errs on there side and fixed it. card. The money was in the account they didn’t take it they contacted me saying I missed a payment I told them I didn’t and that it was in the bank and it was still there waiting for them to take they said they would take it that day they didn’t take it they then reckoned that was never arranged and said the will change it to a fortnightly payment plan so that it comes out the same day each week which was originally supposed to be the case from what was arranged in the past now they are saying there was supposed to be so fortnightly payments when it was agreed for one to make up the overdue balance they never took

They are scammers avoid them unless you want a [Content Removed] credit rating from them

Just another lie – Just another scam loan company that says fast approvals. Pretty sure all the reviews on here are fabricated I'm sure this review will move to the bottom soon. Application was declined after answering all questions and sending paperwork feel like they should have declined it alot earlier. To say fast process for me just to get a decline was a whole week.

Great but it could be better with having the physical card – The approval process is swift, and the customer service is commendable; however, it may take up to four business days for deposited funds to clear in the account. Additionally, the absence of a physical card poses challenges for rentals that require a card for transactions, as they do not accept payments through the Wallet app. It is essential to provide physical cards, Wizit, to enhance user satisfaction and earn a higher rating.
