This product from China is just a scam. First, the "Free Trial" is misleading and unacceptable. I downloaded the software, installed it and then began the recovery search. This took a couple of days, which is extremely slow compared to other software currently on the market that will recover and download your files free. When it eventually completed the process, most of the latest files and images were missing, while it recovered some old deleted files. When I tried to download my recovered files, it incorrectly calculated the data to be a massive 7.5TB, when the HDD was a 6TB and only about half full. This forced me to go out and buy a new 10TB HDD. After that, the icing on the cake when you click the Download button was that the download would not commence unless you BUY the software! So much for a "Free Trial". As per the feedback I sent the company back in China, this type of practice is not acceptable in Western Countries. Consumers should not be tricked into investing hours of time only to be conned into paying money at the end. Nowhere did I see that there was either a limit to what you can download free, at that you are expected to pay before you can download. I used TestDisk from the USA. Faster, 100% accuracy (downloaded every single file on my HDD) and 100% free without any tricks or surprises at the end. Used on Windows 11 with the latest updates. Other reviews with the same experience I had can be seen at 'Trust Pilot' and their reviews on google are even more scathing. Trusting consumers report the product does not work properly and the customer service is appalling.

Complete scam stay away from one share altogether they will tell you to buy this package and halfway through you’re doing whatever you need to do. Your you need to pay again to continue. They are a scam and didn’t get your money back.
