hi there i have a tyre presure pump i need a replacement battery
Aldi regularly sells the battery in their stores. You have to keep an eye out for it as it can take many weeks.

From my experience, most of these cordless tyre pumps are not powerful enough to do the job. Is this one going to be any different?

Yes, I called Merotec who handles Workzone products. The pump is discontinued but you can still get some replacement parts for them. I just ordered one from forcetools.co Part number 55904HSE About $23 including shipping cost. ($6.99 for the hose)

Usually they have the Workzone batteries separately, and sell them with a charger as a set sometimes also. One large capacity battery is better than two low capacity IMHO, as the low capacity ones sag in voltage on something like a pump quite quickly.

The air pump doesn’t turn on I have to re install the battery 2 or 3 times for it to turn on
I've found this with their chainsaws.. basically I have to press the battery % charge indicator on both batteries before it will operate.. could be the same and is likely a firmware issue on the PCB. Minor inconvenience, but still a hassle.
How do I get a new hose for the 20v cordless air pump. Mine has split.
I also have one with a split hose....the location where the hose was located when not in use was the the problem. Having the hose bent back so far has caused it to split. I have searched the web trying to find a replacement hose to no avail. Does Workzone tools have an Australian distributor?. Other than that the pump worked well on small jobs and OK on the larger ones if you were remote from a location that had an air hose station.

I bought one over 12 months ago and a reciprocating saw and the big battery which they said will operate both skins well guess what It operated the reciprocating saw ok but not the air pump ( same issues as above complaints ) I rang the work zone people who said I have to buy a 2 amp battery because the 4 amp is to strong. I said I don’t want another battery as it supposed to work as they told me at Aldi. So much for a 5 year warranty and a useless air pump which I paid $45. What a fool I was to trust this workzone brand. I should have bought a brand that has back up.
I think the person telling you that the 4amp hour battery is too strong is telling porkies. The size of the battery only affects how much can totally drawn from it. The appliance can only draw as much as it is designed to do, whether a 2 or 4 amp hour battery.
What inflator works for this battery?
I have this tool 20v Work zone titanium air pump and since I have owned it, it very rarely powers on. I have tried everything to get it going To no avail. Is there anyone who can help get this thing working? I have tried it with 3 fully charged batteries. In addition the LED panel sometimes lights up (with nothing showing) for less than 1/2 a second then goes off.
I got in touch with them sent it back and got a refund ,even when it was working it was very slow,

Hi I haven't been able to use mine yet - I keep getting an ERR every time I turn it on. I got my SIL to check that I was fitting the nozzle correctly - looks tight & fitted correctly. Any suggestions please?
Mines never done that and still going fine, so can't suggest much other than make sure the battery is full and works on other Workzone tools(if you have any), then if that fails take it back to Aldi even without a receipt, they seem to be keen to keep customers happy with the products. Sorry I can't be of more help...
Thanks for replying. Battery is fully charged & worked with pressure nozzle. It will work for 2 secs. I will take back for a refund. Cheers
Ah, works for 2 seconds... That sounds like it's got an internal blockage and is shutting down from no flow (or the target auto cut off pressure is set very low). Does the digital gauge show any pressure when it's just stopped ?
Hi, no nothing on the screen until Err appears. Same thing happens with or without nozzle on.
OK, refund time I think.
mine seems to work on 2ah batteries but not 4ah batteries but initially it also worked on the 4ah ones????
I took it back today for refund.
