Poor at removing ear wax without repeated applications and after 2.5 years, the battery now dies within a couple of minutes use from full charge - not enough for one ear. Not good enough for a $110 product.

end result is that they say it comes with a 12 month warranty and after that there is no recourse. It appears the units cannot be checked or serviced and batteries are not available. Also the charging port has no cover but they claim the unit can be used in the shower. The end result is that it has ended up as garbage and I purchased a different product that seems to do as good or better job at half the price. Would recommend to others to buy a lower cost unit as it appears the Wush has a short lifespan.

This was for our Mother and it is more comfortable than going to get it done at the Doctors – Mum said it was comfortable and never hurt her ears, so all I can say is thank you. Show details

So Glad I found this !!! – I suffer from wax build up and usually go to the doctors and get the nurses to flush out my ears. small water tank, which needed filling every 10 to15 seconds of use. As the water is squirted out there is a grating, grinding, almost screeching sound emitted from the machine with each squirt. It's not loud, but it grates, especially in your ear. You would have to use it in the shower, especially as it needs refilling so frequently, otherwise you just get drowned sitting with a towel on your shoulders, refilling it repeatedly. The machine definitely did not do the job of removing wax from my ear. It just made me cringe every time I tried to use it, especially from the noise it makes. By the time I got up enough courage to use it several times, the warranty period had expired, so unable to return it for a refund. Unfortunately, a complete waste of money.

Very Disappointed – My Wush worked for the first few times. Then I tried to use it and no water would come out. I primed the pump several times without success then the on off button would not turn the Wush off. I had to leave it running until it ran out of power. Time to throw it in the bin

Worsened my ear wax problem – Purchased the Black Wolf Wush ear cleaner some time back as I have an issue with excessive ear wax. I always soften the wax with olive oil or whatever prior to using the ear cleaner. appointment with a doctor to remove the wax by microsuction or syringe which I am told is the only successful method. So now I am stuck with this item that cost over $90 and I only bought it due to the good reviews here but in my case it did nothing apart from making the issue worse.

Purchased my wush ear cleaner a couple of years ago. Cleaned the wax completely. But now the rechargeable batteries won't hold charge. You need a screw driver of a shape I've never seen before in my life. Want to replace the batteries. I'm a toolmaker by trade. Show details ·  2

I hno of the worse experience ever – I had purchased BlackWolf wush in December 2023, and used it for the first time and sustained ear injuries ended up in the hospital, I did notify the company, they were goody goody untill received the products back than disapeared. Good product But It could be better – We purchased one of these and found it does help to remove wax from the ear canal. I experienced a water blockage in my right ear for a few hours after use and I felt a little dizzy at first while using it. use of the product in the shower, however the USB-C charge port has no protection from water. Normally with a device such as this or anything that is rechargable and to be used with water, it will have a recessed charging port and there will be a rubber cap that fits tightly into the hole to keep water out. The port not having a protective cover is eIther an oversight by the company or they have designed this product to fail so that you will need to buy another. If you use it in the shower I strongly suggest putting insulation/electrical tape or even old fashioned sticky tape would help protect the charge port and keep the water out.

quality is good, battery life and charge time are also good.

I've marked down one star as my partner experience bad balance issues when using it. This should probably have a more prominent warning at sale. If you're somebody that suffers balance issues with ears, you may want to avoid using this product.
