A++ Service – Great service, excellent product. Price is cheaper than 2nd hand and 12mth warranty. Will be back to buy a second one for my partner
Easy to order, prompt delivery – Have two of these scooters for the kids, now they all have one. Easy to order on the website, best price and prompt delivery. Highly recommend after another company couldn’t fulfil an accepted order and took weeks to refund the money.

Great range – My wife bought this scooter for her commute to work. So far the battery seems to be really good. It is a compact and perfect scooter for my wife. The brake is really good but be sure to get used to it because hard brake can you to tip over. I bought it from AI Ecosystem Perth. Efam was very knowledgeable and he guided us to pick the right scooter. Show details
Sweet ride – Great entry level scooter, I bought one for myself and one for my girlfriend, weather has stopped us getting out as much as we'd like but what runs we have done have been excellent. I would completely recommend the compressor as an essential accessory, top notch little unit. Also the scooters come with a spare wheel and tube and personal setting… Read more
combination padlock each, both extras not mentioned in the package but a very welcome addition. The buying and delivery only took two days, mainly due to problems at my end but the guys went above and beyond to sort everything out. All in all, great unit and great service, I will certainly be going back to these gents again for my future needs....cheers.
Good product. Good price. Good service – Scooter works great. Minor issue in that I'm unable to bind if my phone via Bluetooth but otherwise perfect. Was able to test ride and looks as new. Thank you Show reply
Great value and awesome fun – This scooter is so much fun. Have not tested its full travel range but claimed top speed of 25kph is pretty accurate ( and plenty fast enough for me). I am 70 kilos and have had no problems taking on the moderate hills around my place. Easy to set up out of the box but ap was problematical. Make sure to press the start button a second time once… Read more
the ap has recognised the bluetooth connection. The Xiaomi Pro 2 can now be bought for under $700 if you do your research and for the build quality of this scooter and reliability, its a bargain. Only downer is lack of suspension which would make it an awesome scooter. Otherwise, its a great intro into electric scooters.
Good but not perfect reliable electric scooter – Electric scooters are now legal to ride in a couple of states and becoming ever more popular as an inner city mode of transport. Let's be honest, I didn't NEED one. However, I noticed that I'm taking my car for short trips e.g. gym, top up shopping or train station. I thought it is not necessary and mechanically cars are not designed for very… Read more
short trips (this is when the majority of wear and tear is happening). Due to the lack of time, albeit short distance walking isn't an option. Hence, an electric scooter is the perfect solution for that. I'm riding a scooter now for a couple of weeks and covered just over 180kms. Here are my observations. The bad (or perhaps not so good): 1. No suspension - the ride is rough at times. The only thing that softens bumps is tubed tyres. 2. Point #1 leads me straight to negative #2. Tyres are so easy to puncture. The perfect solution would be suspension for the scooter and puncture less tyres. 3. Feels like it is a bit underpowered especially going uphill (I'm 85kgs and scooter is rated to 100kgs load). 4. Not a bad point, but somehow annoying. You need to push it up to 5km/h to get going... You can't just throttle it up from 0. 5. When new, you can't ride it until connected to the app. This process is far from being smooth. (Oh, that was so frustrating!). The good: 1. Relatively light for its capacity 2. Easy to fold and carry 3. Pretty big battery - rated to 45km (I think around 40km is very achievable) 4. Quality finish and materials. 5. Software upgradable - most imperfections (I didn't spot any) can be fixed via firmware update. 6. Regenerative braking. May return a bit of charge back to the battery when going downhill or slowing down, but most importantly won't wear brakes so fast. 7. It's very similar to the previous model which was proven to be reliable. While this model isn't a revolution, but evolutionary change it adds to the peace of mind.
I did a video review that I've divided into a couple of parts. Not all of them published, but will be up and running in a day or two. So, if they're not working as yet, have a look in a couple of days. Part 1. Unboxing: https://youtu.be/zTgpZI560q4 Part 2. Assembly: https://youtu.be/tD8S__Mnr_4 Part 3. Set up: https://youtu.be/IrCC-OMES30 Part 4. First ride: https://youtu.be/rlKjRLnrp_8
Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase and will recommend it for anyone who is "sitting on the fence" and can't decide.
