[Name Removed] I specifically requested to see her as she mentioned mental health on her bio. I won’t go into specifics but I had to just leave after just a few mins almost in tears. Never asked me a single question just wanted to remove all my meds. Such a rude person reading the other comments here seems I am not the only patient to have had this problem.

throughout the interaction. I presented with an infected surgical wound, but she declined to examine it or take my vital observations.

She flippantly suggested that the surgeon had left something inside me and told me to go to ED, all the while rushing me out the door. This lack of attention and care was both unprofessional and concerning, especially in light of the issue I presented with. Despite only being in the room for 2 mins I was still charged the full consultation fee of $90. Dr Tun is unprofessional and quite honestly negligent.

I insisted she take a proper look at the situation, especially since my child had already been on antibiotics for five days without any improvement and still had a persistent fever. Shockingly, without even examining my child, she prescribed the exact same antibiotic again — the one that had already proven ineffective.

The entire consultation lasted barely two minutes. I wasn’t allowed to explain the full situation, and every attempt to speak was interrupted by her raising her voice and saying, “You don’t understand!”

I had no choice but to book another GP the next day, losing precious time in treating what could be a serious infection. Dr. Swe Tun showed zero care, zero professionalism, and completely lacked medical ethics in this case.

I strongly urge others not to see this doctor. She didn’t help us at all and potentially delayed my child’s recovery. Absolutely unacceptable.

Avoid if you can – Stay away. Center focused on taking your money while providing mediocre services. My strong advise is go elsewhere.

If you want to be laughed at then this doctors is for you – All 3 doctors I have seen here are dismissive lack empathy and frankly seem to think all medical issues are a joke. I've been laughed at 4 times and told that I have mental health issues for being concerned about my blood tests. It's as though all doctors here just work here for the sake of it and not to actually help people.

Poorly documented dr specialties – Travelled 1 hr to see Dr Sri Devi only to be told” i can’t help you, i don’t deal with chronic disease “ and told us to go elsewhere. Most of General Practice IS chronic disease!!

Poor service – Been going to my lovely dr here but due to mix ups and appointments rescheduled not showing running out of meds unable to get appointments time to find a new surgery I'm done 4 days no meds

Would not recommend – Poor services definitely go elsewhere. No care about wellbeing whatsoever just want you in and out.

later (30 min to 1.40 min waiting). If you are late of course you will be charged, but your time doesn’t matter. This time I was charged for a phone consultation (my usual prescription) that according to them took more than 6 minutes. I showed my phone data records and, even taking into consideration that I was called back because they lost connection, in total was less than 6 minutes. So I they told me that it was because I asked 2 prescriptions (?!). I asked for my usual one and the doctor added a test. I asked to cancel the unjustly bill or I will not longer be a client (underlining client and not patient because I have never been visited by them), … of course they preferred the payment over the client! I, my family and people we know, for sure will not use their “service” anymore.

make eye contact is poor. Also sitting in your lounge hearing all your customers complain to you about their waiting times, well its completely unprofessional practice. Did I get mad, no I just went around the corner to another medical centre who squeezed me in without an appt. Now thats customer service. Yanchep medical centre YOU ALL need a lesson on customer service because its us, not you, who have the power.
