Dishonest founder [Name Removed] took my money and ran! I Bought a Lifetime Deal (LTD) directly from the founder, [Name Removed], for £499. I have saved all communication details. [Name Removed] took my money and ran; I can’t even log in to my account now. I’m sure this guy will resurface with another product or approach investors or venture capitalists.. Watch out for [Name Removed] and mob behind it. The the crappy yepic.ai product that never lived up to its promises. [Name Removed] just took LTD money and ran without maintaining the product even for a short period, and didn’t have the decency to respond to countless emails I’ve sent to him personally, to support, and to everyone in the mob. LTD Hunt is also responsible for hyping this crook and his mob.

Unhappy with their product – Really unhappy with the services of this product and customer services! I bought a lifetime deal from their actual site in the past: yepic.ai and they used to have the 'Studio Pro' feature available and 'Eleven Labs' features available. After a few of their releases or feature enhancements from their end, their customer services takes weeks to get back to you, the 'Studio Pro' feature that used to work perfectly well it's not working and they are saying it will take 'a few weeks' to be fixed and months have passed and yet is not working and all in all loads of glitches are happening frequently that I am completely unhappy.

Overall, I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with them and I wouldn't recommend their services to other fellow or prospective customers.

customer service not responding – Customer service is not responding to my repeated emails at all. I cannot log in or reset my password. Totally unserious attitude.
